WARNING: CROOKED, SHADY, LYING, SENSELESS**********RICK is the (owner).. his  worker Danny broke my marble table on July 9th 2016 doing a move.. Rick and Danny agreed to fix it; long story short.. its been over 2 months, my table is at some shop in Burbank.. they both are IGNORING me and the shop, with no recourse.. I now need to pick up my broken table, and have to spend time and money to file a small claims suit.. UNBELIEVABLE.. I don't know how these guys sleep at night robbing people..  you cant go around cheating people. Karma will get these guys.. In the meantime; I WOULD HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE from trusting  RICK or this workers. Its not worth saving a few dollars to go through the headache.

Steer clear of this company, have never worked with such an unprofessional moving company before. Arrived 4 hrs late, no communication, then cursed/threatened/harassed me for payment.Booked a move with Rick at Super Movers Bros a week in advance, and even confirmed with his the day before that they were arriving at 10:30 AM. On the day of the move, not only did they arrive over 4 hours late, did not pick up a single one of my 20 phone calls the morning of. Finally got an ETA of 1:00 from them... then 1:30... and they did not arrive until 2:40.Their moving guys screwed up with the credit card machine and didn't end up charging me. I was out of town on business and told him I'd pay him when I got back on Friday. He proceeded to curse at me, threaten me, threaten to come my apartment and cause a scene, and call/email/text me 20-50+ times a day even though I told him I'd pay him on Friday.

I cannot stress how much you should not hire these guys. First and foremost they were 3 hours late. Secondly, they had the worst costumer service. No one would answer my calls or emails for hours. I literally did not know what to do anymore because I still needed to move out that day. And lastly, they literally left all of my things filthy. It was most noticeable on my 4 month old mattress and new bed frame. Attaching photos just in case you need more proof. You can see their oily dirty hand prints all over. Oh and not to mention they were taking their sweet ol' time in order to charge more. On of the trips up all the guy was holding was my clothes hamper. I had to start caring the small stuff myself so that they wouldn't reach for it. Don't know how many times I asked them to just take the couch and the bed. Seriously the worst. Think before you decide to give them a call.

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. *tears were shed* I didn't even hire this company but i saw them threaten my neighbors telling them they're just gonna leave their stuff outside. Constant back talk just because my neighbors asked if they could hurry up because they were taking 5 hours to just move a one room apartment. One of my neighbors started crying because of how stressed she was. They left without finishing the job as well. They kept saying "we're not you're slaves". OBVIOUSLY NOT, YOU'RE GETTING PAID.. AND YOU'RE DOING A HORRIBLE JOB WTF UGH.

The worst.  We had an 8:30 appointment and they told my husband they were stuck in traffic.  Where were they coming from that at 11:30 they weren't here.  When they finally did arrive, after my husband told the owner we weren't paying the full price, (the guy took off 30 bucks. Big deal.) they walked around and scoped out the place way too long...the moved 2 bookshelves and my kitchen chairs into the truck.  I went into the garage to pack some stuff...and 20 minutes later the one little guy comes to tell me his partner is having stomach issues and they need to go to the hospital.  Really???  I asked what was happening to my stuff on the truck and he said they already put it back in the house.  If you read below reviews, this is a familiar patternI will never hire a service person again without looking at yelp first.  Ridiculous.  No apology, no offer to reschedule....big 'ol liars.
