Scheduled an appointment with them and they never showed up! They didn't answer calls or texts. Very unprofessional and unreliable, not sure how they consider themselves a "company" or "business".

You would think having so many bad reviews would shake this company up to get their act together. We got a quote from Rick, agreed on, and set up appointment for 7 am next morning. They never showed up! we called many times, no response. We texted many times, no response. What does it take to just call and say you can not make it so people can figure out something else? They totally wasted our time and day. Conducting business like this is dishonest and unreliable.

I scheduled a 10-11 am move time and rick called at 9:50 saying the movers were delayed until 11:45 and he would give me a call at 11 am with an update. I waited and didn't hear from him so I called him at 11, 11:25, and 11:45 and got no answer. Finally I emailed him and he said they would still come and help but wouldn't arrive until 1:30 pm.It's understandable that things take longer than expected but it's not acceptable to dodge all communication and completely screw over your customers. I would have at least understood if they told me at 11 am when I was expecting an update that it would take longer than expected rather than wait from 10 am until 12 pm for a response. I couldn't been done moving everything myself by then but instead I was left waiting for people who weren't coming and it took a lot longer to move everything than anticipated. Through my whole day off and I ended up having to pay for more the truck since I was renting by the hour!

I had 2 properties to move. The first one if I hadn't confirmed the day before they wouldn't have shown up because Rick put the wrong day on their calendar. He arranged for a later time but same day so we made it work. An hour past the scheduled arrival time I called and was told they were 45min away... they did a good job and were really nice but really late. The second move was a week later. Email chain showed all of our correspondence so I knew I had communicated my needs clearly.  The day of  called about 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. No answer. After an hour I call again and send an email. 4 hours later, 5 calls and 2 emails I finally got a response from Rick. He was on a move because they were short handed and he had scheduled me for the following week. Nice. His only remedy was coming 3 days later to do my move. I said don't bother we already started moving everything ourselves. The icing on the cake was when I tried to reassemble my sons bed, I noticed the guys who disassembled it didn't leave me the hardware from the first move so I had to go to Home Depot and buy everything so my son could sleep in his bed that night.Don't waste your time if you need prompt and reliable movers who do what they say they will for you. If you don't care when they show up or if they show up at all, give these guys a try.

Terrible. I was in communication with Rick by email during the entire week before our scheduled 2pm appointment and nobody showed up.At 2:15pm, I started to worry since no one reached out to inform me about being late. I tried calling, no answer, voicemail box full...I emailed several times to ask about status and ETA. Nothing. By 3:15pm, it was apparent that Rick's movers were not going to show up. This put a massive amount of stress on to an already stressful day and now I'm calling around trying to find a truck + movers.AVOID OR SCHEDULE AT YOUR OWN RISK and be prepared with Plan B!
