The Movers were very professional/helpful. They were flexible with my time and came on time as well . I will surely use this company again if needed .

The absolute worst & a nightmare to deal with! Save your time and money.  Not only did they put a hole in my wall at my new place moving in furniture, they broke a lam  AND the movers left with my Key Fob!!! It's my only one at my new place, and I've called multiple times and after I paid them Rick stops answering calls only replies with a text days later "the owner" and texted Jose one of the movers, who says he has my key and will return it; it's been 4 days, and now nobody is returning my calls! I received a text from Rick today after I informed him that his driver still hasn't returned my key, and the damages to my things/apartment and how if he doesn't return my key fob that's $150 for me to replace I'm taking him to small claims court,  this is his reply was "Not inclined to help tricky people, do what you want."The movers stealing my key fob and damaging my things  and me asking him to return my keys makes me a "tricky" person, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS

UNPROFESSIONAL. Called and confirmed a single appliance move about 4 days in advance and was given a time and quote. No one showed up.The day of the move, I'm at the pick up location and they are completely unresponsive. No one is picking up the phone, no one is responding to texts. Completely unprofessional. They could've at least picked up the phone and had the decency to say that they can't make it or reschedule but no such courtesy was extended.Cannot stress this enough if you have the ill fate of actually booking these guys make sure you are ready for them to not show up. Moving is stressful in itself and then these guys don't show up or respond to your calls or texts. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Avoid this company at all costs. Awful experience with them and absolutely no responsibility taken. We hired 2 movers today Danny and Henry. They were pleasant enough themselves but here's what went down: A) they were supposed to arrive at 11am they called and said they would be here at noon. They arrived at 1:30. B) when they moved our new sofa couch they damaged the sides and tore the corner so it doesn't push up properly. Danny said he did his best and offered to use a black marker to cover the rips. He said that's all he could do.C) my wife send photos to Rick at the office and asked to get resolution on this. He refused to help and per MG wife shouted at all and told her she was just trying to get a free move. My wife was left in tears after speaking to this despicable human being. D) Danny was then ordered to get payment from us before completing the move which I paid him $185. E) they moved our bed frame and snapped the side bracket as well which we fixed ourselves. F) they left before moving out mattress and we called them to come finish the job and they said they would come back and never did. I've never had such a terrible moving experience in my life ever and the worst thing of all is there was no responsibility taken or attempt to help resolve it at all.Never ever ever ever use this company. I will tel all myFriends and colleagues. Update: if I could give a negative 0 review I would. I submitted a complaint to the better business bureau and the reply from this company was "don't care. This client didn't pay us a dime. We moved their further ire down 2 stories. I won't waste anymore time talking about our side of it, stop  emailing us."THIS IS A BLATANT LIE. I was forced mid the move to pay Henry $185 at the order of Rick who was on the phone with him telling him to get payment. I have 3 witnesses other than me. This company is CRIMINAL.

Unfortunately they failed us! I called and confirmed the day before the scheduled move and was assured the movers will be at my door at 10 am. No one showed up at all and they stopped answering text messages and calls. They don't deserve any stars for service like that!
