We had no idea which company was being hired for our move since it was a job relocation situation.  Dealing with the coordination people in Florida was a bit frustrating at first.  But once they had it all arranged, it became easier.We were told that a packing crew would be over on Monday at 8am.  They were on time, pleasant and very professional.  Robert who seemed to be in charge, was very on top of everything.  He, along with Luis and Gabriel did the packing.  They used caution with everything and packed everything well. On pick up day, we met Jesse.  He was in charge and made sure the truck gets filled in one day so they can deliver the following day, as we requested.Delivery day; Jesse, Robert, Roman, Eric and Jason worked quickly and arranged our furniture and boxes where we wanted them.  They were very friendly and helpful.The entire experience from packing day to delivery was exceptional!  Jesse and Robert were on top things and I felt less stress knowing that they had complete control over a chaotic time.  This team was amazing!I want to give my thanks to these hard working men who made our move less stressful and gave me confidence that all would be okay.  Although they were tired, they were always pleasant and had a smile.  Great professionals who know what they're doing.Bravo to...Robert, Jesse, Luis, Gabriel, Jason, Eric and Roman!If you're planning a move, this is the best company!  You won't regret using them!

Suddath was absolutely amazing in helping me move cross country from ATL to San Diego last minute for work. They handled everything from packing to unpacking and shipping my car. My moving coordinator Shelly and here team were easily accessible and very responsive to any questions I had. They were accommodating with my schedule and limitatins and went out of their way to get all my things to San Diego before my work date. Everyone was ontime and I was always kept up to date on the status of my move. I was impressed with their professionalism and will definitely be using them again in the future. Great and professional service.

We moved from Portland, OR to Los Angeles, CA and Suddath, specifically Jesse Bravo's crew were assigned to bring our belongings the last leg of the trip. Not only was the crew incredibly hard working and professional but they took great care with our house to keep it from being damaged. They worked for hours until things were done, reassembling bed frames and Jesse was meticulous about making sure everything was accounted for.

We used Suddath to relocate from San Diego to Los Angeles. They were on time and everything was packed carefully and moved without any problems. My only complaint might be that it seemed like their rates were a bit higher than other movers, but it was worth it for a no issues move.

I tried to give them 0 stars, but it didn't work. At first, I was happy with Suddath movers, as they were responsive, accommodating, and relatively efficient. However, they lost 2 large boxes of mine, which I notified them of immediately. They have been "reviewing the case" for the last 7 months. Which simply means they are refusing to call me back, refusing to email me back, and refusing to reimburse me for their mistake. I am extremely frustrated, as I am simply trying to get reimbursed for my lost items. This is both unprofessional and unacceptable. I would never recommend them.
