Established in 1919. At Suddath, we take moving personally--understanding that all cargo is precious and every step matters. A family company, born in 1919 and bred in Jacksonville, Florida, we've grown from one spirited entrepreneur with a cart and two mules to a global company that moves more than 50,000 families and 20,000 government and military members around the world each year. Worst moving company ever. Delivered my stuff almost 2 weeks later than the no later than date. Submitted my $1000 inconvenience fee to them and they only reimbursemed me $75. They are theives. If you can use a different company, please go ahead and do so.

My office used Suddath again to move historical material. Jose, Luis, Fernando and Raymundo did an excellent job. They arrived on time, asked questions before and during the job to make sure everything was as I wanted. Kudos Suddath. You did it again.

Awful experience. They charged the estimate and did not adjust for the actual time. The drivers took multiple breaks and charged for them. They also damaged a dresser and an end table. The customer service is non-existent insofar as they did not respond to my inquiry regarding a price adjustment for the break time that was charged. I would recommend this only as an absolute last resort. It's worth a couple dollars more to get true professionals to do the job.

As an international move manager, I have my choice of which agents to use around the world. I have had excellent experiences with Suddath in the past but this time they exceeded my expectations. The note from the shipper said, "everything went exceptionally well today. Richard and his crew were professional, polite, hard working and we cannot thank you and them enough for their efforts in getting us resettled with our belongings. No breakage, no damages, no trouble at all. Our sincere thanks." I will be using them again!
