I used ShipSmart to ship my childhood memories and pictures from Boston to Orange County, CA. I called some of the bigger van lines to see if they offered this service and they all pointed me to ShipSmart. They went to the place of origin, loaded up and the items and they arrived unscathed. The only issue was that they did not notify me when the items were picked up as they assumed the people that were present at the source location would relay the message to me. The price they quoted me with me only giving a ballpark number of crates and crate sizes was spot on. It was by far the best price I received from both big van lines and local mom & pop shipping places.

I like this company Jessica was Awesome. She has amazing customer service. I only wanted her although she worked in a different department. My only suggestion is don't ship heavy items.... My cost increases 2,000 dollars. I was torn, but Jessica worked hard to get the cost down... It's not good guessing how much your items weigh. Nick was also helpful. At the end my things came fast and the delivery was awesome well packaged..... I would suggest this company just smaller items.....

Terrible company. Sent my grandfather clock from Ohio to CA around Christmas 2015 as a present for my daughter. It arrived damaged ($3000 estimate) and I'm out $1300 for the shipping fee. So far they have done nothing to make amends. It was a hand-carved clock that my father made so there is an emotional toll here too. Devastated about this. Do not use this company.

Found ShipSmart online with a few others. Communication was fantastic, information was honest and easy to understand and the actual service was beyond expectations. When the crew arrived, they were professional, made sure they understood what was being shipped, packed the items up with a lot of care and were very careful with all the stuff. We were even given delivery estimates and options throughout the delivery phase. I will use no other service in the future, as ShipSmart was the best decision I made!
