Stay far away from them! I finally received my things after almost 4 weeks but missing boxes, my beautiful floor lamp was broken in several places. They do not return calls. They said they would show up on a certain day, I took the time off work. They did not show up, did not call me, and their mail box is always full. Then after 4 times not showing up or calling when they said they were coming they wanted more money from me. They also charged me to move a couch I do not own. Yelp removed this posting saying it was not the correctMoved but is. I have their contract and it is the exact same company. I guess they also lied and said I was not their customer. They thought I was their customer when they took my money so yelp should not remove this honest review of this horrible company.

We had a terrible experience with this company. It took more than two weeks to get our furniture and we had to call them every day to get any information out of them at all. They were evasive and unprofessional. When the movers first came to get our furniture at least one of them smelled like alcohol -- at 8 AM! When our furniture finally arrived, several pieces were damaged, including our expensive dining table, piano, and one bookshelf. Save yourself a lot of trouble by avoiding Royalty at all costs.

I used Royalty Moving in my long distance move from Miami to Los Angeles. It was a stressful thought to move my entire life across country but I was thoroughly impressed with Cesar and his team. My belongings were professionally packed and cared for. On arrival, I made a personal inspection and everything was in great shape. They went above and beyond ensuring the move will be stress free. Including all my stuff getting to me in perfect shape. Lol Thank You Royalty Moving! I will definitely refer you to all my friends and family...

These movers were so professional. The move was conducted efficiently, and in a timely manner. They moved everything from Hollywood to our house in Bel Air within a couple hours. Further, this required zero help or effort from us and we weren't even packed fully. They were very clean as well which is rare and mindful of the house. I would use them again,  no hesitations.

ROYALTY MOVERS US DOT 159775 MC 902370 Royalty Movers picked up Household Goods/Furniture on July 28, 2016 in CA they stated delivery would be within 30 days in GA its been 70 days and each time I call them they state they are contacting dispatch and will call me back. Bree, Melissa, and Jocelyn do not call back Cesar has not responded to emails. WHERE IS IT?Thy Will Be Done
