I have used Royalty myself and referred them to many clients. They are professional and always do a good job for my clients. I am very picky when referring people out as it is an extension of myself. I have never received a negative review from any of my clients. I would highly recommend them.

Royalty moving did an awesome job with my move. It was my first time ever using a moving company and I moved to a different state. Albert and Rigo came very promptly and wrapped my stuff really well and moved everything quickly! They were both super nice and efficient and accommodating for extra stuff! Def recommend them!

Apparently my last review mentioning the Company that I actually hired to do the move is not allowed.  I signed a contract with someone else, they sold my quote to Royalty Moving.  They said they would email a Claims Form, yet we still have no seen one.  I have received several messages from other unsatisfied customers wondering if I had a copy of claim form since apparently they promise them and never provide one.    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  They made our entire experience a nightmare.  MILITARY FAMILIES STAY AWAY!!!I say this because we had paid extra for specific move dates to receive our stuff since my husband is getting for deployment.  The move driver called and changed those dates so we had to cancel our flights and shift everything around.  Because of the change & the major hassle that it was we were refunded the expedited fee.  Though if we didn't accommodate them, the move driver later mentioned upon delivery if we hadn't changed the dates he had no idea when we would ever see our stuff.  Also when they come to drop off your stuff you don't have a choice but to pay them the balance, upon doing so my husband said his heart went straight to his throat once they had opened up the truck.  He said I would have lost it if I had seen how everything was packed and damaged.  For your sake and your sanity DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE, EVER!!!

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!  First of all, look them up in the BBB (Better Business Bureau).  They have an F rating!  I have a complaint filed with them as well.  We booked Royalty Moving for our cross country move.  The DAY BEFORE our move, the owner Cesar called and asked us if we were flexible on the date our move.  We said we were absolutely NOT flexible in our move.  We scheduled the movers for Saturday morning and had early Sunday morning flights.  We then are moving abroad for our new jobs.  The whole reason we booked Royalty is because they said they had availability on Saturday and could transport our goods in 5-10 days.  My lease expired on Saturday and we had to be out no excuses. We also had friends coming to help carry the items down to the loading dock which we reserved for the timeframe Royalty said they would be there.  I explained all this to Cesar and he said he would call around and "get back to me soon."  We didn't hear from him all day.  I called our sales person Virginia twice and left a message.  When she didn't respond I called their mainline and left a message, to which no one responded.  We then called Cesar 3 more times, he didn't answer and his mailbox was full (someone who can't even keep his voicemail box from being full is probably a bad business guy--lesson learned).  Finally at 6:45pm the NIGHT BEFORE we are to move Cesar calls us back and says "Yeah we're not going to be able to do your move." I said we have flights Sunday and we needed to get the stuff on the road so we could get it abroad.  He actually responded "Oh you guys are moving abroad?  We could have done that move for you." ARE YOU SERIOUS???  I said "You can't even show up to move us in this country.  Do you think I have any faith in you getting something into a different country?"  I informed him that we had flights Sunday morning and that he needed to reimburse us for our flights that we would have to miss.  He told me that he would offer no reimbursement, no compensation, nothing.  He then told me another customer was running 1.5 days behind and that they decided to wait for that customer and that put them behind.  This is not my problem one.  Two this is not a way to run a business.  Royalty moving had no business taking a reservation if they couldn't complete the service.  We could have gone with a number of other movers.  We literally had to book a Uhaul, pay extra and will now spend 3 days (including food, hotel and missed airfare) getting our items to their first stopping point, all because Royalty is the worst moving company ever.My husband works for a very large consulting firm (where there are constant moves for projects) and I work for a very well known and large Fortune 500 company.  You better believe we have taken active measures to make sure no one in our companies uses Royalty.  Moving is stressful enough and now Royalty is not only making it more stressful, they are costing us a lot more money (and time).Do yourself a huge favor and go with ANYONE else, even if they cost a little extra.

We had our family's first big move a few months ago, and decided to use a moving company for the first time. We were referred to Royalty by an old friend of my wife. They definitely gave us the lowest estimate and were very friendly so we pulled the trigger.However, they sent 3 guys, which every company we got a quote from agreed our move would require, but it took more than double the time, and more than double the cost. I can't say that the movers were dilly dallying or wasting time. It appeared like they were working most of the time and they were nice and generous with equipment. So I don't have an explanation for the time & cost discrepancy. I did see one taking a smoke break once but who isn't entitled to reasonable breaks during the work day? So that's not really a big deal to me. One of them, however, was very young, and didn't seem to be all that dialed in because I noticed that they would've left several items behind, had I not checked twice, including some decorative vase stands that were clearly attached to the vases he packed. We also have a fountain in our backyard, and I did catch that they were going to leave the fountain door on the cement in the backyard if I didn't tell them it goes with the fountain. It seems odd I would even have to mention this. Next time we move, which I hope wont be for another 20 years, I'll try another moving company.
