Finally a company that a good job! Had no issues with this company. They showed up on time, they were very professional & constantly checked with me that everything was up to par. Definitely will use them again and recommend.

I couldn't be happier with their service. Professional and curious from beginning to end. I've made many moves throughout the years and contracted many companies to assist. They made my move from LA to Miami a pleasant experience. Thank you for making me and my family feel like Royalty. Highly recommend.

I do not recommend royalty moving. The office staff offer false promises and there are hidden material fees involved.  I was told that the movers would take out and install my washer and dryer and have proper tools; however, their tools did not work and the main guy refused to hook up my washer and dryer due to liability risk.  Consequently, I was quoted a specific amount of time for the move over the phone and the actual move time exceeded the estimate by two hours.  My entire house was boxed up and ready and all the movers had to do was load the items in the truck.  The workers arrived late and the third worker I hired arrived separately.  The movers also used their cell phones for personal phone calls while working.  When the movers were done, I was told that I have to also pay $151 materials fee.  I was a returning customer and I was offered an hourly discount and I was also told that materials are free of charge and blankets would be offered.  During the actual move no blankets were offered, only plastic wrapping materials which were time consuming to apply and added additional time to the move and as it turns out I had to pay extra for them.  They also took apart my kitchen table for the move and left without putting it back together.So if you want to pay extra money for your move then hire this moving company.  When the owner of this company started out, I used his services.  In the past he was excellent, I did not think twice about hiring him again- he offered an honest/good moving service with integrity and that was extremely helpful in moving my office.  This time around when I moved my residence I found his workers to be inefficient, less hard working, and his company lacking integrity.

I have been trying to come to a resolution over my missing and broken items with this company for months now and sadly I never did. You can only recover any small damages they offer you if you remove your yelp review and I don't think it's possible to do that, so at the very least maybe this will save others from having this happen to them. They will quote you incorrectly, take weeks or months to deliver your stuff, and the most disappointing part is when it gets there. One of my tvs has a huge white bar down the screen, my coffee table arrived with just legs, no table top, and worst of all things were straight up stolen. I would never accuse this if I wasn't absolutely sure but we walked out after the 8 or 9 hour move and checked the coat closet which was still completely full. They said they would just hold the coats in their lap since the truck was full and low and behold the nicest coats did not make it to me. Half the people you interact with are contractors that don't even work for this company so you have no recourse. You will invite these people into your home and they will rob you while you pay them to do it. If you like your stuff do not make the same mistake I did.

BREE ROYALTY is a HORROR show, please do not use them. They will come in with a low estimate and after your stuff is loaded they will charge you thousands more for the "weight" being heavier. Its a scam. (And when your credit card is charged it does not go to Bree Royalty, it goes straight to Ceasar.)Their driver was outsourced, and Ceasar never seemed to be able to "get ahold of him" when we were having an emergency situation take place during our move, Ceasar would promise to call us right back and literally take days to respond. Due to our escrow pushing, His driver brought our things to another moving company here, and had NO ONE to unpack the truck with him so we had to hire the other moving company to help unload the truck at $275! When we asked for reinbursement, Ceasar said the driver denied this happened?!   I reached out to Ceasar to try to come to some kind of good business resolution after the move, and he said he would call me in a few days to discuss, and wanted to make things right again.  That was 3 weeks ago, and we still have not heard back from him.
