If you us this moving company ask for Mike and Raymond. They arrived on time. They were very nice guys and worked really quick.  They will handle your items with care. Thank Mike and Raymond for helping to make a stressful event less painful.

So I've moved quite a bit in my life and have acquired quite a few things that need to be moved and other crappy companies have given me excuses for everything that they do wrong, ie...horrible service, broken things, tardiness, change of price and the list goes on! Well NOT w/ Aydin and his boys from LA Moving & Storage! They were awesome!! Everything they promised me went well and smoothly! Most companies Do JUST moving or JUST storage but these guys did BOTH for me and at a VERY reasonable price!! They finished just short of the time they promised, Nothing was broken and their service was TOP NOTCH!! getting to my stored goods is easy and simple!! This moving company and their services should be used by those needing the best service available! Glad to be able to write a positive review for them!

All I can say is... You get what you pay for. Clearly since this was a deal that meant the company wouldn't supply us with a single thing. Ergo, Broken Dinner Tabletop* - cost to replace was $399 from Crate and Barrel.  I bought the highest tier packaged deal on LS * $499 ($999 value) for moving services for a three-bedroom home (which secretly means you get 6 hours.... What?)I'll admit this seemed like a deal to good to be true, but isn't that the point most of the time with LS Deals. The point is to introduce a new customer to your service/product hoping they like it so much at discount that they would return or spread the company name by word of mouth. NOT IN THIS CASE! Also there Manager Ethan C is a joke, probably the least helpful, understanding, and caring person I've talked with since dealing with Time Warner Cable's lovely phone operators. He basically just kept droning on in this monotone voice of what he had written down as the "fine print" to prove his point at how I was wrong, which I responded with, "would you like me to take a screenshot so you can see what I have from LS on this?" he didn't care and said I'd need to take it up with LS. Movers themselves were nice guys. Oh I forgot to mention... They were late due to the original truck that was scheduled for me "broke down" and asked if they could reschedule for Saturday, which was 3 days from my original date. I said that was unacceptable and 2 hours later another truck finally arrived. SO in the end I was charged for 4 extra hours and I now have this DREADFUL experience still looming over my head.Will I recommend this business?... No Will I discourage people and friends I know from using this business and their services?.. Yes*Currently in process of filing claim for reimbursement for damaged tabletopBTW My name is ZACHARY.. not ZACHART! I get that the T is right next to the Y... but you're a MANAGER responding to a CUSTOMER. Take your time and spell correctly.

The worst moving company! I scheduled a month in advanced and was told that they would call me a day before to confirm which they never did. I called them multiple times and left messages and no response. The day of my move they didn't show up. Last minute I had to get a different company. Stay away from this company!

DO NOT use this company. I just got off the phone with Living Social and got refunded our money. Now the annoying part is having to find movers the day before we move out tomorrow. Don't even bother calling. The number they have listed gets forwarded to a cell phone that never gets picked up.
