I recently used Elite moving to handle a 4 bedroom house local move. I was incredibly impressed with everyone in the crew. They packed with precision and efficiency. Everything was perfectly handled and not one item was damaged.Avi was kind and actually very mindful of the stress involved in a moving experience. From start to finish, this was the best moving experience I've had. Highly recommended!

The good:  The company did pick up and deliver my items. The bad: They low balled me a quote then increased it by over 50% upon arrival to my home. Quoted me $2100 then changed it to $5100. Held my items for a week when only moving from CA to Vegas. The ugly: Will not unpack your items unless you have cash or a postal money order. However, when they break or damage things they no longer know you. The movers are just careless about your belongings. They throw things around like it's trash. When you call the office, the attitude is, we've got our money, it's not our problem anymore about your damaged items. Donna was the person I dealt with. She was nice until there was damage by her workers then she never returned my calls. Mary will tell you one thing and do another. Not ever going to use nor recommend these unprofessional people who lack integrity!

Zero stars. Do NOT use this moving company unless you like wasting time and money. I got tons of quotes for our move from CA to Ohio and Elite gave such a low estimate that I didn't feel like I could justify going with another company. This is my fault, though, because I even had to mover come to my house and he told me they were under quoting me and they would definitely not do this move for what they had quoted. Unfortunately, I did not listen to him and ended up paying $900 more with Elite then I would have with himOn the day of the move the movers came over an hour early which was very frustrating and In hindsight I should have asked them to wait because when they got there, I was breastfeeding my child and couldn't help my husband finish up some things... just threw our whole game plan out the window. That said, they were great. The only good part of experience.  The delivery of the furniture was a complete nightmare. We got a call from Elite saying the furniture would probably arrive either Monday or Tuesday but they would let us know if it was going to be Monday. When we didn't hear from them Friday we assumed it would be Tuesday and made our plans accordingly; however, we got a call late Friday night from the driver who said he would be there first thing Sunday morning. We're traveling with an infant and had no desire to double up speed just to get him there so we had to jump through hoops to arrange to have someone there to meet him, we had to borrow the money from that person because they have to have cash (some kind of fraud scam?)... we finally got the sunday drop off arranged only to have the driver tell us we needed to find him help to unload. We told him we don't really know anyone there except my father who couldn't help and would only accept the delivery and pay him but he kept insisting we find help. Voicemails to elite but nothing back. The driver wouldn't unload without the cash in hand but wouldn't give a receipt until everything was unloaded. He wasted hours of my parents day, our day, no help from elite then he charged us an extra  $150 because his truck was too big to drive into the driveway (That's certainly not my problem).In the end, it cost more than twice what they quoted. We did have more stuff than I gave for the quote but the guy who was loading said just with the items on the quote, we were going to pay 2000+ than what we were quoted. It's a shame but hopefully i can help someone else not get taken advantage of by writing this review because once they have your stuff, youre at their mercy especially when they ignore multiple phone calls and messages. Terrible company.

I moved my condo last Saturday with Elite As I'm traveling a lot for work I didn't had time to gave anyone to come out to see my condo so I checked some companies on line I spoken with Donna that was very helpful she recommended 3 guys.The guys did help with all the packing as I had no time to have it done my self. I was there when they got there and I had to leave for an appointment I had schedule When I got back the guys ware almost done with the packing and ready to load which was pretty fast At the new home they fixed All the furniture ware I needed, I did not need them to unpack. All & all was just what I needed they ware great Definitely good service Thanks Donna & the guys

Soooo impressed, they had a sense of urgency with the care of handling my belongings as if they were their own. I could not have done it with out them! Much mahalo's to Elite Moving and Storage!!
