Great group! They called me when they were on their way, we had a quick walk through of what had to be moved and Mike explained the process to me. They took out their equipment and got to work. It was a heavy job, moving furniture around one house, then swapping complete bedrooms from one house to the other. Not to mention both homes are two-story! They wore shoe booties and also covered the dolly wheels with plastic. They accommodated to my wife's requirements and kept the dolly with plastic inside the house and the work dolly outside. If you've ever had to wear shoe covers and have to be constant my coming j and out of the house, you can imagine how much this sucks. But these guys just made it part of their job routine for this move. The team has some good tricks to get the job running smoothly. The disassembling and reassembling was smooth, even though they use basic tools--no power tools. This is critical, if you've worked with power tools on furniture, it is easy to strip to screw or damage the fasteners. We had lunch together, they were very polite and friendly. I will definitely use them again for the heavy moves.

Wow, great movers???   So I have been trying to get ahold of someone from this company for well over 6 weeks now, due to the process to start a damage claim.   Unfortunately, supervisor,"John", that is the only name that I was given...no last name...will be contacting me. John, please, I am still waiting for your phone call.  I also never received a receipt and I paid cash.    Anyone out there who used this company, did one of the movers bring a dog on your moving day?I am just trying to get someone to call me back.  I found Direct Moving Company on YELP, with positives, that is why I used them.11/07, tomorrow, will be 1 week John with no return communication.  Please call.  I would just like a receipt.  Thank you.

At the very last minute, the moving company that was supposed to move my sister from her apartment totally flaked on us.  I jumped on Yelp to find companies in the area, and found Direct Moving.  We called the office in a panic, and the young lady that answered was super friendly and said they could help us first thing in the morning.  It was such a relief to have a quick and professional answer during such a stressful situation.The next morning they came to help her move.  The guys were extremely friendly, really efficient and quick!  The furniture pads were clean and in good condition.  No stress, no drama....It was a great experience!

Direct Movers were Great!They arrived on time and were well prepared.  Everything was moved intact and safely packed.  Using blankets and shrink wrap to keep safe.  Flexible when asking for changes. Our move was much quicker than we planned.  Thank you for great service! We recommend them if anyone is looking for movers in orange county.

Amazing service!!!! Dan and Victor did the greatest job. Everything was shrink wrapped, no damage to any of our furniture, walls, floors, or doors. They were right on time, didn't waste a single minute, packed up our one bedroom unit in Fullerton in about 2 hours, drove it all the way to Chino Hills. Unpacking took about an hour, and again, not a minute wasted and everything was handled with a ton of care. Dan and Victor were both incredibly helpful and professional. I cannot recommend Direct Movers enough! We will definitely call them again when we're ready to move to our next place.
