Direct Movers helped take away most of the headache and stress when it comes to moving! I was given very short notice of my need to move and even had a shorter amount of time to find a moving company with availability within in the 2 days I needed the service provided especially on a Saturday. Luckily Justin is who I booked with and he was more than accommodating. Fast response time, fast quotes and fast service. Movers were expected to show up from 8am- 10am, they arrived a little after 9 am. Took about 1hr 45min to pack up 1 bedroom and load up truck. The distance of my move was from Long Beach to San Diego which is on the further side but still a pretty easy drive. I arrived 1 hour before the movers arrived at the destination, I expected that. Took less than an hour to unload everything in my new bedroom, the crew even put back together my bed frame which was a huge plus! The crew were very friendly and answered every answer I had and had no difficulties at all. We all know moving is not cheap, but I believe with anything in life, you get what you pay for! Direct Movers 100% helped make my move go smoothly and I would recommend them to any friends or family in the area. I did knock one star because I was promised a 3 crew movers team, upon arrival only 2 showed and they knocked off 5%, but overall I really wish there were 3 sense time is what is most important and I feel like the whole process would have been a lot faster with one more set of hands.

These guys were phenomenal! I will book them again for sure. They were prompt in terms of response and turn around time for quotes. They were flexible with any adjustments I needed to make and their pricing was fair. The movers they sent were quick, professional and courteous. They even got the lock off of my storage container (which I forgot the damn key for!) and saved  me time and a lot of money. I was worried about damage to carpet and they respectfully removed their shoes before entering the unit. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

The office was super helpful and nice when I called and scheduling was fast and easy. The crew of 4 guys showed up on time and the were ready to work. They got to the job and worked fast and did an awesome job working as a team. I was worried because I was paying by the hour, but they packed and moved all my stuff do fast! They did a great job.

This was a professional moving experience from beginning to end for my one bedroom move from Long Beach to Los Angeles. My movers, Vaio & Alex, arrived on time as scheduled. They were extremely helpful and careful in wrapping my furniture and everything arrived in great condition. They moved fast and efficiently, but still made sure all the furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it. Really nice guys & hardworking.They even went above and beyond by helping me unscrew my curtain rods from the wall and wrapping my old mattress and putting it outside.I can't recommend these guys enough.
