Professional, on time, quick and painless!! Highly recommend!Moved from L.A. to OC. This company offered a great price and professional service. We had 3 movers who packed and unpacked everything with extreme proficiency. They only took one 5 minute break! I don't know where all their energy comes from! Thank you again for all your help!

Danny, Juma and Alex were great movers! They were fast and efficient! They made sure all my furniture and boxes were exactly where I wanted them. Direct movers is a great straight forward company. There are no hidden fees. No long carry fees no stairs fees. I was 3rd story with stairs and Danny, Juma and Alex did an excellent job. Another tip to make the move go faster, have all your boxes packed and ready to go. I highly recommend Direct Movers!

Estimated time for arrival given to me was 8-10a.  1030 rolls around and haven't heard from them so I called to find out that their truck broke down and they are sending another, which was fine but wish I was notified.  They threw in a 4th guy to move to move things quicker, ok, great! They arrive at 1230, the move took about 7-8 hours which I didn't mind because I knew they had to wrap furniture, etc.The next morning, I realized I forgot to bring my ring dish which was on top of my night stand and had my engagement ring as well as wedding band and 2 other rings. I called my husband right away and he went to check our old apt for it..GONE!  Only 1 of the 4 rings were left.  I'm not pointing fingers but the only people who had access to the apt during the move was the 4 movers and my husband.  The fact that only specific pieces of jewelry was taken would make anyone suspicious. Moving days are always hectic and that's why I would have never expect this of professional movers.  I spoke to the owner, Janysh, and the only thing he was able to do was compensate me ONE hour of he move (our bill was over 1k).

I have to be HONEST,CREW and TOOLS:Vio, Maksim and Sultan were cool and hardworking movers.  They arrived 15 mins earlier than the proposed time and went quickly to work.  You wouldn't guess how much weight these guys can carry when you first see them.  I didn't see anyone wasting time, they took just 1-2 water breaks and went back.We had so much heavy boxes loading from a 2-story 2BR condo and they got through it in less than three hours .  They also took a little longer wrapping and carrying the bigger furniture and we appreciate that they did that to make sure everything was properly covered with blankets (even the TVs that we bubble-wrapped the night before).  We got a scratch on the corner wall when the foot of the large L-shaped computer table was being maneuvered through the small hallway, nothing major that cant be repainted and frankly I'm surprised there wasnt more compared to how our floor layout was.The truck was strategically packed with space well-used and we filled it to the max.  Unloading was good even considering we had 3 flights of stairs this time.  We had carpeted stairs and they had 1 rug liner that barely covered one flight but it was fine since it got the shoes dry before it hit the carpets.As with loading, these guys arrived around 10 mins after we did and barely took breaks.  They cleaned up the blankets and tapes as soon as they put down the furniture down so no trash left behind.  We noticed that they made sure there was always 1 person by the truck, either loading or preparing things to unload for the rest. Overall really good experience.COST:We contacted another company which these folks were probably partnering with.  They had the cheapest quotes over around 5 moving companies we contacted for a 3 man crew w truck.  They also only charge from the time they arrive at your home which is good compared to those that charge for travel from their office.
