This is the second time I've used City of Angeles Moving and they did a wonderful job.  Jon and Sionne were efficient, careful,  friendly, and professional. The price is extremely reasonable and the service is excellent.

UPDATE:  we were finally able to move into our house (as renovations took longer than anticipated).  My belongings were stored on-site since the movers from City of Angels Moving unloaded my items.  As we were moving my boxes around to bring the couch into my house, we noticed that one side of my couch was ruined. The plastic wrapping they used during the move was torn and my couch fabric was torn and now dirty!  It was a two year old custom-made couch (still in new condition) and now it has tears on three different areas.  You're probably wondering why I only noticed now. Well, they put my couch in the far corner and stacked all my boxes around and in front of it when they moved my items. I'm guessing it was to hide this mistake. To be honest, I understand things like this can occur during a move, especially with bulky items such as a couch. However, I do feel it would have been respectable and PROFESSIONAL of the movers to have notified me on the day of!  I was VERY nice to them the entire time they were helping to move my items into their truck. Most of the packing was done...they just needed to load their truck and move all my belongings into a garage space. No stairs, no separate rooms to unload to...it was a pretty simple move (which they acknowledged MULTIPLE times throughout the process).  I helped them move things too and made sure I arrived at my new place early to block off a convenient area for their truck -- as I live on a crowded street. I actually really liked this company until now. I think this shows such a lack of respect for customer's and their belongings.  Is it too much to ask for some decency and ownership of a mistake?! I know they're not going to pay me for this nor can they fix my couch, but I think future customers need to be forewarned. This was my second time using this company, but sad to say, I won't be using them again not will I recommend them to my friends and colleagues. =======================I've used City of Angels Moving twice now. Both experiences were very positive and stress-free thanks to this company. From the beginning, it's very easy to book them and set up an appointment. David was very helpful, informative when calling to inquire about their availability.  I've moved a number of times within the past 5 years and I'm usually very last minute when it comes to scheduling movers. Usually other companies will up charge you for "late" bookings, but this company doesn't do that. I really appreciate their flexibility and willingness to accommodate my schedule. I had a three man crew help me move out of my apartment today--Dallas, Joe and Sam. All three were very friendly and professional!  They were awesome!  They were punctual despite the crazy traffic this morning. They worked efficiently and were very careful with my things. I don't own any unique artifacts or antiques (as other reviewers mentioned), but they were still careful with my items.  When we got to my new residence, they made sure to ask how I would like my items placed. Thanks, guys!I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs movers!

We hired City of Angels Moving after a glowing review from a friend and her husband. She was 8 months pregnant with her 2nd child and they made the entire move for her and her family sooo easy.Adam, Sam, Joe and Tyler were are stellar crew moving us from a one bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor (with an elevator) to a 2 bedroom townhouse with 20 stairs and 3 levels.The entire was friendly , fast, professional and very gentle with our belongings. We must have had 50 boxes. many  boxes of fragile things, several glass shelves, a stainless steel fridge and a vintage 150 lb dresser i call the "beast".My advise... Totally take advantage of their free in-home estimate. We were quoted 7.5 hours, but because we had 100% of our belonging s packed and the bed dismatled before the movers arrived, our move only took 5 hours. Even the guys were surprised about how efficient we were.We don't plan on moving any time soon, but when we do, we will be call City of Angels Moving again.

City of Angels moved us on Friday and they were great! The crew was Shay, Jon, Stone, Odell, and Rogelio. Everyone was careful yet efficient, and very friendly. Happy to report the move (2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse with garage, to a 2B2Ba condo) was completed in a quick 4.25 hours, and came in under budget of what David had estimated during the walk through. I would recommend them!
