I have to agree with the reviews below saying alpine is a broker. I was not aware my move would be done by a company called swift moving. I had some issues with swift but I talked with Tony at alpine and he is getting me reimbursed for the issues swift caused. I appreciate their customer service.

I just relocated from Washington to California last week using Alpine relocation to do my move . Sandy was my contact lady who helped me all the way with the most smallest details. At first it sounded to good to be true and I was really worried I won't get my things on time . That was the most important thing for me because I was on a really tight schedule . My price was decent not the cheapest but defiantly not over the top , gladly the price hasn't changed at all and I have to say the movers were very professional and nice. Make sure to ask for mattress plastic covers . If you ask they are giving it for free and I also got a big T.V box for free. I would like to say thank you sandy for your service .   you guys are awesome .

So.....I left a negative review here a couple weeks ago, stating more to come later after we are done dealing with them. This company got enough smurfs to complain on my review to have it taken down.  This is what they do. Do not use them! They are NOT a moving company. They take money, hire someone else (swift moving systems in our case, also terrible) then when things go wrong you can't get a hold of them. Or, when you do get a hold of them, they lie and never call back. They prey on people at their time of vulnerability.  I will add more soon.

Thank you Alena for the best customer service ever!!!!! Wow! From all reviews I read on line I just wanted to rent a truck and do it by myself . After talking to Alena I was sure it was too good to be true but what do you know I had the best experience ever . From the beginning to the end .I was just relocated from NY to California and needed help with packing all my old stuff . I had lots of junk and things I just needed to get rid off . David and Steve took care of all packing and even helped me take few furniture to my sister who lives 20 miles away with no extra charges . Thank you Alpine

I just moved my belongings from L.A to New York using Alpine. I was really impressed with their professionalism and dedicated service. Everything went according to plan including the pick and drop off in New York. The price that I eventually paid was the exact one as was agreed upon before the pick up. Not the usual scams that most moving companies do when they raise your prices with hidden fees at the drop off. I will highly recommend them to my friend and family and anyone else looking to move.
