Great experience by a great company . Spoke to Sandy for almost two weeks organizing my move . There were a lot of complications , we don't have a house yet in California and we had so many stops on the way . Luckily sandy gave me all the solutions I needed with no extra charges and 60 days storage for free in California near to our future house . The movers were nice and I tip them $20.00 each . They were very polite and thankful . Thank you sandy for making my life really easy

Arrived on time and took care of everything. They moved my 4 bedrooms into my new house in CA. The stuff were extremely nice and polite and packed it all fast and efficiently (name on boxes...) They took care of my fragile and wrapped it safely. The price was exactly as agreed on the phone.

Not sure why yelp wont show my reviews for this wonderful company but I am a returning customer for the third time and this time I had to move a huge safe with special handling , I added a picture as well . Tony was kind enough to arrive with the movers  and make sure everything was done correctly. And of course I had $150.00 discount for been a loyal customer.

Alpine Relocation is not a moving company with trucks and storage units, but rather a broker that works out of a small office in Canoga Park, CA.  The address they use on their paperwork is actually a vacant office in the same building where they work.  Their Web-site is misleading because it does not state they are just a broker.  In our experience they bid the job really low and then sold the load to a small trucking company that has a D rating by the BBB.  We had no idea that they were not a moving company until a truck with another name came for the pickup.  Then we had no say in who that trucking company was.  It seems safe to assume they sold the load to the lowest bidder. They gave the wrong delivery address to the trucking company and then lied to us saying it was our fault and we needed to pay redelivery costs.  It took 22 days after we provided the right address to get a truck scheduled for delivery because the small trucking company rarely had trucks on the west coast and Alpine was too cheap to hire someone else to move the load from a nearby storage location to our apartment.  When we actually received our furnishings they were broken and thrashed.  Who knows what all happened to them during this move.I would stay away from this very shady company at all costs.----------------------------------------------------------------------Since Sandy has responded with false information in her comments below, please let me correct it.  We were not treated with respect at their office.  In fact they are not located in the office shown on the paperwork.  We called and they would not tell us where they were when in fact they were just down the hall.  Sandy was not in the office that day, so I don't know where she is getting her information.Patricia is almost 80 not 90--again they seem to get their facts all messed up.  We showed them e-mail documentation that no Sacramento delivery address was ever given and Patricia carefully explained to them the conversation where she did give a Sacramento address as a mailing address when she was asked where the receipt should be mailed.  They treated us so rudely that Patricia broke down and cried.  We definitely were not smiling when we left--because they resolved nothing. And, NO ONE ever said anything about filing a claim for the broken items--especially Alpine who has never taken responsibility for anything. My comments at the beginning are especially true, that they are just a broker but present themselves to be a moving and storage company.

DO NOT USE!! CHECK THEIR BETTET BUSINESS BUREAU SCORE BEFOTE EVEN CALLING. First off Alpine is not a moving company, they are a broker. They will offer you a lower price than others and then they will sell your job to the cheapest movers they can find. I booked my move on 5/15 for a move that was taking place on 6/12. Was told everything was all set and just needed to put a security deposit down and they would call me 24 hrs before the move. On Thursday the 8th I got a call from a lady named Jennifer with dispatch who said the move was as all set for Sunday. The following day on Friday I get a call from Alpine saying that the moving truck is broke down and they can't move me Sunday and that all they will do is refund my money. I told her that I got a call from Jennifer yesterday and I was good to go but she said she doesn't know a Jennifer (that is when I found out they hired a moving company and Jennifer worked for the trucking) They told me with it being Friday and my move is on Sunday that I should have plenty of time to find a new moving company lol. At that point I asked "aren't you a relocation company, why don't you find me another truck since that is what I'm paying you to do" she said that they tried and cannot find one. After that I called Jennifer at the moving truck company and found out the truth. She said we were still good to go but they did not realize how far up north it was where I was moving even with them having the zip code. The trucking company requested an additional $300 for the move. Alpine did not want to take the $300 out of their profits so they cancelled the job and lied and said the moving truck was broken down. When I asked for proof that the truck broke down I was denied. I have studied business and do hundreds of high end business transactions each month with all types of different people and companies and this was by far the worst one I have ever experienced. A life change as large as moving 16 hours away with all your belongings and being canceled on 48 hours in advance and not even a single apology or help from the company. Please do yourself a favor and check the better business bureau ratings before booking your moving company. I feel bad for who ever owns this company.
