From start to finish, Ace Relocation was awesome. Ace made my move occur smoothly without any hitches and all my stuff arrived safe and secure. Each contact person was professional, knowledgeable and had attention to detail to their job. I relocated from Los Angeles to Boise and my stuff was in good hands all the way. They showed up on time and non-stopped worked to load and unload my stuff. Nothing was missing or broken. I highly recommend Ace Relocation.

I highly recommend Ace Relocation systems. All the staff from the estimator, moving coordinator and the movers , drivers were all very professional. They wrapped and cared for our belongings as if they were their own. We had every single item come off the truck that we put on. We also had to change our move date several times due to closing issues and they happily rescheduled our dates to fit our needs. Great moving company!

Everything about our move from Long Beach to Colorado Springs involving Ace Relocation Systems, Inc. went as smoothly and pleasantly as could possibly be! Our driver, Steve Jennings, was superb - on time, polite, very efficient and he chose excellent assistants to help with the move on either end.  Our initial meeting with relocation consultant, Larry Buckle,  was professional and friendly, the encouragement and assistance from Jeanette Dousharm was much appreciated and the actual move with Steve and his helpers exceeded our expectations.We highly recommend Ace Relocation Systems, Long Beach to anyone thinking of hiring a moving service!

Hats off to Ace Relocation for providing me with an outstanding experience in my recent move from Lakewood to Palm Desert, CA.  Larry Buckle came to my home and gave an accurate quote for the work to be performed.  Jeanette served as the coordinator and kept me well informed.  The day of the move, four movers showed up - they were all incredibly polite, articulate and very hard working.  I can't say enough nice things about Fernando Jr., Bill, Sean and Marcus.  Very impressed with their service.  Once everything was packed up, all my belongings went into storage with Ace until my new home was ready for me.  2 months later, the same team of movers showed up out in Palm Desert and quickly and carefully unloaded everything.  It's now 2 weeks later and I'm almost completely unpacked.  I'm happy to report that nothing is broken and the only damage is one slightly dented trash can.  I'm happy to recommend Ace to anyone in need of a reliable moving company.  I was thrilled with the service I received and won't hesitate to use them again.

Avoid at all costs!!! They will give you an estimate, tell you they'll likely come in way under the estimate and then somehow find away to take way longer than their initial estimate. I was given an initial estimate of 8 hours, but told it likely wouldn't take more than 6. I moved a two bedroom apt literally half a mile down the block and it took 3 movers 11 HOURS to complete the move (and it cost me nearly $2K)!!! They took their sweet ass time, and then left boxes that were clearly marked with their proper destinations in whatever rooms were most convenient for them. On top of that the order form showed that the movers needed to take apart and reassemble a bed and crib and they showed up with no power tools! So one mover spent the entire day taking apart and putting together furniture with a hand held screw driver. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, I called to voice my frustrations and complaints and was essentially ignored with no attempt to make things right. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I've moved 7 times in the past 11 years and this was far and away the worst experience I've ever had. You'd be better off using starving students or picking up guys at Home Depot. I'm not kidding. They'll get it done quicker and a hell of a lot cheaper. Moving is stressful enough. Don't add to that stress by using Ace. Trust me.
