We used Ace for packing,storage and moving.  Our actual cost came in under the original estimate based on weight.  We had paid the final payment upon delivery and after their own review, they issued us a credit (which we would not have known we were entitled to). So they get an A+ for honesty and integrity!  In addition, a few items were damaged and they made us whole on everything (so it pays to pay a little extra for the insurance)We would definitely use them again!

edit: when I wrote this I was frustrated because I thought they lost our couch.  They actually ended up finding it and bringing it to our place the next day.  Also they ended up reimbursing us and paying our rent and food for the weeks they were late.  So they made a few mistakes but they really actually seemed to care about making it right.  I've had moving companies who didn't care at all and Ace did. I suggest them!Are you looking for movers who will lose your stuff? Who will break your stuff? Who will move your broken and lost stuff much later than promised in your "binding contract" at a higher price than other companies? If so Ace Relocation Systems is for you!Facts about our recently completed move:-They lost half our sectional, recliner, and entry table.  The sheer incompetence of this is actually kind of impressive (how do you lose a couch?).-They broke our coffee table.-They delivered it 50% later than promised in our "binding contract"-Their costs were much higher than other companies estimates but we went with them because of the reviews and the notion that higher cost would lead to higher quality service.We went with Ace because of the good reviews despite the higher cost. Stay away. They are just as bad as the other companies who will move your stuff much cheaper.With all that said Anthony and Will were great and worked hard.  Really appreciated them.

We recently moved from California to New Hampshire.  Anna Armstrong was the first person to respond as we had three bids coming in.   Because of her years of experience she has  amazing accuracy as she prepares your estimate.  What I really appreciated was that our bid was a binding estimate.  In other words, some places do a preliminary and when you move, they weigh the truck and you risk it could be more (or possibly less).  Knowing the fixed amount allows one to better plan.  The other bids may have been slightly less, but I knew we would have the support of Anna and Ace throughout the process.  Anna personally delivered the boxes and packing materials that we would need.  She was there on the day of the move to make sure everything was going well.  She can be counted upon for solutions to your unique needs.

A great company for moving. We had a complicated move that involved merging two households into one with storage time involved for one of them. Larry Buckle made sure it would be done right. The crews were amazing professionals. Hard workers and great sense of humor turned a stressful day into a fun experience. Highest recommendation.

Our office needed to move down the street, and we called Ace on a referral from one of our contacts.  Larry came and gave us a Not To Exceed quote. The movers showed up on time. They were friendly and professional. Nothing missing or broken. It was worth it to us, and we would recommend their services.
