Unfortunately, I had to choose a star. This company deserves no stars. My mother-in-law used this company to move her stuff on 3/30/15. She ordered them to come at 11-1pm time frame.... needless to say it was 8pm and they still did not show up. The movers began to call at 4:30pm to say they were "on their way", it was evident that they weren't if they still had not shown up at 8pm. Save yourself stress (in an already stressful situation) and do not choose this company. They are not cheap, have zero customer service, and still did not get the job done. This was the worst experience I have ever dealt with, and to watch my mother-in-law deal with it was heart-wrenching. I certainly hope they give her the $100 deposit back to end this horrible experience. DO NOT choose this company.

Absolutely the WORST moving company you could possibly hire. If I could give negative 10 stars I would. Not only should they be out of business, but they should be in jail for the criminal scam of demanding more money they charge you before they're done holding your property for ransom. THIEVES! Pure and simple. We were forced to pay over $1400 for an 5x8 storage unit to be moved. We also paid for their time to go and eat breakfast, time for them to go shopping at Home Depot for the moving supplies they didn't have and a smaller rental truck to use in the storage facility, because the completely empty semi they brought to move a 5x8 wouldn't fit. JAIL, is where they belong!!! HELL after that!!! PURE SCUM BAGS! POS Worthless so called human beings.

Worst company ever do not use them!! Fraudulent is an understatement. I got lucky with the driver of the nice being his 1st day & an honest person to tell me that this moving company had moved my furniture to another location. They arrived hours late by the time we reached to storage facility it was conveniently closed. They said they would store my belongings overnight & it would be safe. The next day I find out it was moved & they wanted to charge me now for 5 hours of labor instead if the 2 that had taken. I'm still without my belongings & have involved the authorities.

It hardly needs saying after all of the other negative reviews, but Moves for Less is awful. They broke my furniture and overcharged me. They are crooks. I should have read these reviews before booking them.

My husband set up the reservation for this company. They were supposed to show up between 8-10 am. They called and said it would be 11 which was okay. At noon I called and was told they would be at the location in 20 minutes. They did not arrive until 1:20. It then took them four hours to load the truck and placed them in the middle of rush hour. They did not change Miley's the project until 10 pm, I was told this would be a 2-3 hour job. They also damaged my house. Do not use this company. These are the worst people you could deal with. They are refusing my calls and emails, but damn sure they took my money.
