Absolutely regret not reading reviews before hiring this company. Created a Yelp account just to lay into this company. Take your quote, multiply it by 5, and there's your final price!Showed up 2 and a half hours late to my appointment, and then proceeded to charge me $75 for there travelling fee. I heard the owner tell his employee to start the clock 10 minutes before they began moving - told him I was looking at the clock and had it corrected. They told me it'd be $75 per hour - but never told me it'd be a minimum 2 hours payment - regardless it still took 4.5 hours. I have 1 bedroom. All they had to do was move my belongings downstairs into a moving pod.Was planning on paying with a check, the owner said that wouldn't be possible because the banks were closed - maybe it would have if they'd showed up on time! Got the 3% credit card fee waived.As they were wrapping up, the owner then again tried to add on an extra 30 minutes to my moving fee thinking I was too dumb to tell time. Had to argue with the owner once again to get it corrected.$40 for shrink wrap, $3.50 per "moving cover" (literally just a sheet of paper) - and had to argue to not pay for any covers. Also the guys got locked out of my apartment - didn't let me know until about 20 minutes later - and guess what? Still got charged for that. Maybe one of the most dishonest and pathetically run businesses I have ever had the unfortunate experience in dealing with. The owner even complained to me as I was being quoted out that the Yelp reviews didn't do him justice, and sent me over a selection of good reviews to change my mind. I've never felt like more of an idiot or a chump trusting someone.The actual movers were nice though, and I felt bad that they were employed by such a loser, so I tipped them appropriately. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND TRUST IN HUMANS STAY AWAY!!!

These guys don't deserve even half a star let alone a full one. They suck & need to be put out of business!!They did over $1000.00 of damage to my furniture! They stored my stuff with 3 other peoples furniture & charged me 3x more than the cost of monthly storage. My mattress was stored without it being wrapped.  When they delivered my furniture an old man & a girl showed up to move my stuff up 3 flights of stairs. Yep, they couldn't move the heavy stuff so how do you think it got up the stairs?  DON'T HIRE THESE JACKASSES!!!!

do not hire this company! we had to call the police on this company for keeping our furniture hostage until we paid over $1,000 when we were quoted $400 for everything!! the movers are on drugs even on the job while moving the furniture (one of the movers told me and my fiance he was high on meth). the guy goes by so many different names when you call him. his real name is john. i reported him to bbb and he called me and cussed me out. do not, and i repeat do not hire them. they will break your belongings, take their sweet ass time so they can kill time, and make your move a living hell!!!!

I clearly communicated that I had a single bedroom to be moved; a freight liner showed up that was so large that they couldn't pull into my storage unit, and then tried to charge me extra to "hand carry" things from my storage unit. Would not recommend. Do Not Recommend at ALL. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was scheduled between 8am to 10am. They showed up an hour late. I was quoted a job for 2 1/2 hours. They had 1 bedroom and livingroom and kitchen to move. It ended up taking 5 hours. They took their time on the move even standing around. One guy went into my bathroom for 30 min. Finding a bloody q-tip in my toilet was the final straw..i thought. Boxes were lost and personal family antiques. They broke nieghbors light without saying a word. Trying to file a claim or cplain seems to get you no where. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
