Worst Company EVER! Last year I hired another company with the same amount of stuff....and paid $215 for movong costs.....across town. Today I hite iFamily and its $528 to move 3 miles.....seriously FUCKED UP! Never hire these con artists!!!

BEWARE!!! These people are NOT professional movers!!! They will destroy your furniture, tell you that they are fully ensured, when they are NOT!! They will tell you that your claims will be paid, and then they will avoid your phone calls!! They are not even approved by the corporate commissions office. They are falsely operating under this name, and are deliberately fooling customers into thinking they are a legitimate company. They destroyed two leather couches, and have refused to repair them. Beware of their scams!!  DO NOT USE THEM!! I am reporting them to everyone that will listen, don't be fooled!! If I could give them a negative 100 stars, I would.

I found this company on craigslist so I honestly didn't know what to expect but I needed to move ASAP so I took my chances. The lady that answered the phone told me that the movers are pretty much busy all day until 5PM.. I was hoping to get it done a lot sooner than that because I just wanted to get it all over with (moving can be pretty overwhelming )As far as the movers go they were very quick and professional, they made sure to saran wrap everything before loading it onto the truck, they offered an $80 insurance option but I declined that because I didn't want to spend the extra money. Overall, I would recommend this company

I called them last minute, and they showed within 50min after calling them. They are so quick and careful with my belongings. They have the best energy too and so friendly. They moved me from the 3rd floor with no difficulties. They have the best price too with no hidden fees! So glad I chose to do business with them.

Can I give 0 stars?! Biggest scam and fraud artists out there. They were over an hour late to pickup my stuff. And when I kept asking where they were he said one more minute, one more minute. Then he lied and said there was traffic when I knew there wasn't because I left my office downtown early to make it in time and didn't see any traffic. Then when I call he won't answer and says he's almost there. Then they come and don't wrap anything, just cover it in blankets. The charges then doubled what I was quoted over the phone and was never explained the extra fees. 3 hour minimum just to load, extra charge for stairs, 26% total cost for gas. And it goes on. Extremely unprofessional and I'm almost sure they are not licensed either. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!
