Though there were more fees than advertised, we worked it out and they did a good job. We had the truck loaded in 10 mins. My only issue was with the extra stair price, they were cool about it even though they didn't have to be. All and all, I'd say they were awesome, and would use them again.Side note:-None of my things got damaged -a few of my boxes were falling apart (because they were old, not their fault) and they still managed to keep them together and get them up 2 flights of stair.Thank you

Service was really good, the guys was amazing super Quick 675$$ was not in my mind to move 2 bedroom app,I would like to use them again,they just need to work on some Business fees .

Pure cheating and big scam.. never ever in your dreams think about moving with ifamily movers. They have ton of hidden charges and you only come to know after you are done with it. I paid 600 dollars for a 250 job. 1. 3 hours minimum and on phone I was told 2 hours minimum that too separate 3 hours minimum for loading and unloading so total 6 hours minimum as compared to 2 hours committed. 2. Moving a TV cost extra 40 dollars. 3. Every stair will cost 40 extra even though I was on 3 rd floor and my stairs are divided into 3 parts they charges 40*3 = 120. 4. 40 dollars extra for items weighing over 100 lbs. 5. 26â„… fuel charges Just for saving some dollars as compared to other movers I found them on Craigslist and they just inflated the bill with all these hidden charges. Don't fall pray for these movers. They quote something and charge something else. Beware!!!

HORRIBLE! I found them on Craigslist as I was trying to save some money on my move. Please tell me how they ended up charging me MORE than other companies at higher rates?! First of all, they were an hour late. Ok, no big deal. Then, they did not wrap any of my furniture as every other movers I have hired have. THEY DIDN'T MOVE ALL MY STUFF! Told me I had too much stuff for a 2 bedroom apartment. They didn't have enough room in their truck, so they packed my car full (no problem), but they left a ton of stuff that I had to then figure out how to move myself. As a single mom with a small car and a busy schedule. They made my move even more stressful than it already was. Now I had to spend several days moving the rest of my stuff.When they told me the total, $560 I was shocked. HOW? It took them 4 hours total, across town. I understand the trip fee, gas and insurance. He told me they charged me for 6 hours. I again asked how when it only took them 4. He said there is a 3 hour minimum... ok... I still don't understand how they charged me for 6 hours. They charged me a fee for being on the second floor of an apartment. I've never been charged that before. Also he said they charged me to move two TV's. What? So many fees and pricing that made NO sense. I didn't even get a receipt.I shouldn't have paid them, but I was in a hurry and stressed. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Showed up 3 hours late. Broke light shade and left job incomplete. Do not use. Cannot follow directions. And charged way more than quoted.
