We liked the movers, super nice guys, but oh my goodness, $750?! We were moving a 3 room townhome and everything was confined into a garage. They showed up, were super nice, accommodating, our belongings arrived safe, and they took great pride in making sure of that. however, once we arrived at the delivery site, that's when we found out what we were in for. I wish everything was upfront. There was a trip charge of $40, a minimum 3 hours loading charge, a manditory insurance fee of $60, and a packaging charge for wrapping some dressers. Oh and if they needed to do two trips, they charge you another trip charge and another 3 hr minimum. The movers showed up at 11, on time, and finished by 5, but somehow we paid them more than $100/hour??  Also, they left a few items in the garage, in their defense, maybe we should have instructed them before they left but nonetheless we still have to move more boxes ourselves. Overall I was happy with their disposition and work effort, but I wish it was a better deal like I was looking for when I found them on craigslist. I should have looked on yelp.

I would not recommend this company. They give you a really low quote upfront to get their foot into your door only to over charge you with hidden cost at the end.

Alex is a very persuasive mover who will get the job done in a hustle. While he was late he made up for it by bringing an extra mover free of charge.

My experience was similar with below but I look at it through a different lens. Yes they charged me double what they quoted but they also quoted about 5x less than anyone else. They packed up a 26ft uhaul truck in 2 hours with some very heavy furniture. $400 to move my entire place was money well spent. People need to realize there are some things you just can't go cheap on and moving is one of them. Sure, I could of said no to the $400 they quoted me once they arrived but I would of got worse service from someone else. Btw - they will quote you before touching anything which I liked. Not sure what everyone is talking about with them quoting after the fact.

This is my first time I have used I family movers , the quote was little higher than what I was expecting but The office work it out, the movers professional they did not stop until they load my Penske truck & they also help me to load some of my small items witches I really appreciate it ,
