Professional, on time,  everything was perfect. Highly recommend.We also had a piece to move at the house which they moved upstairs for us.

Worst experience I've ever had with a moving company. Damaged (everything from scratches to broken drawers) 7 pieces of wood furniture, some of it very, very expensive furniture. And they were late by 45 minutes. Owner took my furniture to repair everything but it's not very good, so I now either have to replace it or call out a professional furniture repair person and spend even more money. No refund or discount or anything given after all the damage was discovered. Also, they have horrible call back service. We left the furniture with them for 3 weeks because we had to go out of town and when we got back, we called them 3 days in a row with them promising to call back and deliver the damaged/repaired furniture, but nothing. Horrible, horrible customer service from the office. All in all, they basically tried to pack a 4 bedroom house into a way too small moving truck. I will say that the moving guys were nice, but the owner rubbed me the wrong way with this whole thing. He said something about a tip and how he's the guy repairing my furniture. News flash...it wouldn't need to be repaired if your guys didn't break it. It has been a complete and utter nightmare. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I highly suggest you look elsewhere. When I decided to go with them, I saw that they had mostly good ratings with just one bad (at the time and on the site I looked at, which was Thumbtack) and figured it was fine. I was wrong, friends, I was wrong. They also moved my boyfriend and were late to his house by 45 minutes and damaged his wood dining room table. Nightmare. DO NOT hire them.

Showed up very late, no apologies. People on the phone were very rude, did not care if we got moved that day or not.  I had to call them back so many times just to get an idea if they would show up at all.  terrible customer service

Express Moves were AWESOME!!!!  I had the pleasure of working with Eugene and Montel.   We had three stops before final unload. No issues!  Final destination and unload as smooth as could be. They wouldn't let me lift a thing through the whole move. Great customer service and a kick ass, get it done attitude.  I went over my expected time because I needed things I couldn't physically do done and they were great about it.  Can't thank them enough. Worth every reasonable penny!!!   Thank you Eugene and Montel!!!!!  YOU BOTH ROCK!!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would! Do NOT use them. We scheduled them to move 4 pieces of furniture at 2PM. Around 2:30 we finally called them and asked where they were. She said they should be at our house by 3. Though we we're annoyed we accepted this and waited. At 3:05 I called to cancel when the owner called to let us know that the driver "misunderstood" us and thought we said anytime after 2. This was in fact a lie and we told them to just get here. The driver then called and says he was lost. Even though we gave them directions to our house they could not figure it out. After another 10 min the driver called again saying he "can't find our place," we told him that we would like to cancel and he hung up. This was the most disappointing experience and I hope this company learns how to provide better service and run a better company. Otherwise, they will be out of business soon!
