It's hard to rate them a 4, but I don't believe they deserve it. I loved how quickly they moved all my furniture--they work fast--and the young men who helped me move were polite and showed up on time. But when moving my table into my house, a lack of care was taken when handing my table. It's a large table, but if a square object looks like it's trying to be passed through a round hole, you're better off slowly analyzing the situation. Instead, I ended up with a scratch and nick on my expensive table I cover now with a tablecloth. Of the movers I talked to this place seemed pretty reasonable. Not the cheapest, but not overpriced in my opinion.

YIKES... find a dependable company.  My appointment was yesterday at 9. Didn't come. Called way later saying they were too busy and tired and would come in afternoon. Got another call late in afternoon, saying not coming at all. Made appointment for 9 this morning. got up early, ready . waited and waited. Nope, finally got a call around 10:45-11 that they were doing another house first and be here LATER, not sure when. REALLY?   I have to be out of my house today... and large house and will take 6 hours probably. So we work until 8-9 tonight? Not gonna work for me. I have found somebody else for today. Moving is stressful enough without no show movers.

These guys were terrible!  They were late, took their time or I should say strung out the time.  Damaged and lost some of my things and rude on top of it.  I would not recommend them at all - don't do it.

AWFUL SERVICE, DO NOT USE! Their movers are slow, unprofessional and unprepared. They soiled one of my couches, ripped the cushion, and damaged a bookshelf and have never attempted to correct it outside of empty promises. Nothing NOT ONE ITEM of mine was properly covered or wrapped in the moving process. The men were sweating over everything and leaving marks on mirrors, my tv, and my furniture. Then, when they promised to pay to clean my couch to make up for that, they went off the grid. I have left 7 messages for Jennifer, the manager, and not gotten a response. The phone is a cell phone that is screened. I have a complaint in through the BBB and even they have been unable to get a proper response. This company is unprofessional and does not keep its promises. To say that they are a military owned company is a disgrace. As the wife of a former military member, I am ashamed for them. AGAIN, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
