I thought I requested a move by a professional company but what happened was not what i expected. Instead of two professionals and a company moving truck , I get two individuals that show up iin a Uhaul truck and end up milking the time while loading and were very wreckless unloading that they just tossed everything in my apartment packed and ready to load onto the truck. Both pickup location and drop off location were on the first floor and barely inches away from the pickup and drop off location. The distance between each location. Was only 15 minutes away.. They ended up charging me a total of $ $580 for four hours on a one bedroom apartment with attached garages that makes it even faster and convenient to load and unload. Most of all they had me pay on a shady cash app account, no reciept , no paperwork of any sort. To me it looks like a employee is using company resources to do side jobs and make extra cash. The was no family , nor wife or husband answering the phone like they claim on their website. No veteran own company. Just some shady man that goes by different names and charges what he wants. The day of the move, he charged me $120 per hour, then i called for another quote and the same guy told me $110 an hour. He claimed that the rates dont change at all. Dont get ripped of like i did. Very unprofessional service and shady business practices.

Used them again in Feb 2016 and although it was new ownership, the scheduling was great (I had a baby on the way), and the moving was excellent. My Hubbs worked with them the second time around for the actual move. Plan on using them once again for a dual move of furniture from my sister's old house to her new house and ours.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!! They have no phone that works to call them, it goes straight to voice mail, they have a shitty way of being LATE, 2 hrs late & I'm still waiting for them to move us when they said they would be 30 minutes! I'm so annoyed, better yet I'm PISSED! This company sucks. Just SUCKS! NEVER US THEM, if you want to use them be prepared to pay them with your toilet paper after you wiped your ass. That's what they are good for.

I had a 4:00 p.m. pickup scheduled. I called to get a status several times, no answer. I called from my other cell to see if they were screening their calls... And they answered. I was told they were running a little late, it would be 6:15 at the latest. My next calls were met by a cell phone that was powered off, needless to say no one showed. I will be trying someone else.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!26 HOURS LATE WITH NO COMMUNICATION!!!I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A BAD REVIEW!!! I scheduled a very small move for my daughters dorm for pickup on Friday 3pm. After calling to get VM until 3:30, I was told that they would be 2-3 hours late bc the job before mine was much larger than they thought?After waiting 3 hours, I called directly to the driver who told me it would be another 2-3 hours!! They were to pick up at my mom's home. My mom saw the truck drive by after 10pm, then just drive off!! I called the driver 7 times, NO ANSWER!Someone called me the next morning after 9am to apologize & tell me the new driver will be by at 12 noon. The driver was lost bc he had NO GPS!!They arrived after 2pm, got lost to my daughters dorm, finally arrived around 5pm!! DONT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!! THIS WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!
