Texas Best Movers

I bought an entertainment system over the weekend. Solid wood, one whole piece, the dimensions were 75 inches in length (6ft 3')  x 70 inches in height (5ft 10') , my estimation of weight is 185lbs to 210lbs. I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex, an event occurred and I soon had no one to help me move it on the day the moving van was due. I called one place and asked them if they would be able to help move this for me, initially they said yes, but then declined and said this job was impossible. I called Texas Best Movers and spoke to Chris (Operations Manager) and reiterated all the information, he was very confident, and said the job could be done with two guys and if it was unsuccessful, no charges would apply. Two men showed up and they soon ascertained that they needed more man power, lol. Two more came, Gabriel (General Manager) was one of the men and he assured me that they got this and no extra charges for the additional guys would apply as I was honest about the weight and size of the piece when I hired them. End Result: They brought his insanely large piece of furniture to the 3rd floor, all four men provided impeccable customer service and I couldn't be happier. Bottom LINE: I recommend this company, hands down. Additionally, check the pictures as I plan to post a photo of this monstrosity of an entertainment system they moved.

BEST MOVERS!! Mike and John did an awesome job at moving my old apartment to my new one. They arrived  earlier than expected which was perfect for me, and they finished fast. They were both so efficient and fast, they never stopped until everything was done. They were very careful with my things, and took direction well. If I ever have to move, they will be the first people I call. I definitely recommend them, you will be so pleased to have them mover your things.

John and Mike were great. Polite, moved everything flawlessly, and did so in a very time-efficient manner. What else can you ask for?

First time using movers and I would recommend these guys to everyone. Matt and Jon were the two that helped me and they were so nice and fast! They handled everything with great care and consideration, they did a great job! I am very pleased with this company and there were no hidden fees. They were straight up with the cost and after calling around, they were the most genuine and affordable. I am very happy with this company and thank you Matt & Jon for everything you both did! You guys rock!

I have needed movers at least 5 times in my life.  This was by far the worst.  I would have given them 0 system if possible. Very unprofessional, cursing in front of my family.  Broke many things.  Took for ever to load the truck.  They would walk up stairs, carry a small lamp and load it. They asked for multiple breaks and charged us full time.  Two of the guys weighed les than 150 lbs and couldn't carry much.  They could not load the rest of our house and said they would have to make two trips. When we arrived after the first trip i told them to unload the truck and fired them. They lost all the screws to our bed scratched and broke multiple objects.  When it can time to talk we the owner he said he would talk to the workers and never called back.   After multiple tries no one called me back. Please do not hire these people.
