Rehired them again for another move. This time, not as conscientious of my furniture. I found broken corners on 2 of my pieces. Probably would consider hiring them again for the price and the speed of delivery. Would definitely hover next time and make sure they were solidly protecting my belongings. Also, what is so difficult with using a credit card for payment? It seemed like only the head owner could process it over the phone, and no one else. Waited an additional 20 minutes, so they could locate his whereabouts to do so. They didn't charge me for that time though, so yay?

Please beware! The owner, Ron Wallace, is a con artist. Make sure to get a written estimate. I packed 90% of my home myself. Ron came to give a survey. First thing discussed was an upright piano (really the only reason that I hired movers). Gave a verbal estimate of $1250 to $1350 to move everything in house and a rather large assortment of patio furniture.Prior to the move, in an effort to save money, I moved almost all of the boxes and patio furniture myself. The day of the move, the movers arrived 5-10 minutes late and begin loading the furniture. They wrapped everything in blankets and gave the appearance of care while I was watching. Time comes for the piano, they claim that they know nothing about it and do not have the proper equipment. After several failed and nerve-racking attempts to move it, the movers tell me that they are leaving the piano. I called Ron to discuss my displeasure so he shows up to help with the piano move. After moving the furniture (and piano) to the new house, the movers (Leslie-supervisor) were very verbal about their displeasure with the whole situation and then presented me with a $2000 dollar bill (plus the $20 that I tipped each of the four movers). The move was in town with a 15-20 minute travel time.I was given a written estimate $2000 from a very reputable and professional moving company but chose Movin On in an effort to save $700. Huge mistake! Will never use or recommend Movin On again!

the worst moving company ever!!! i thought this guy who used to go to our church and my late husband knew him, was a Christian, which means kind and honest among other great qualities, that i was lucky enough to have in my beautiful husband who i met when we were 15 years old. i heard every excuse imaginable to the truck broke down, they did no moving, yet cashed a check from me. had to get another mover "Magnum Movers" that did an excellent job, and the woman that owns Magnum told me he is a con artist. Ron Wallace, the owner of Movin' On, even said that Magnum Movers were his relatives. Another lie. So i was cheated out of money, stood up, nothing done, and had to hire another mover. And by the way, it was moving one giant sofa from an attached garage into an apartment; and had to have strong guys because it had to go over a balcony to get it in. So it was not a packing and moving a lot of furniture. Even then, when someone has any kind of company, you have to have the manpower, equipment that works, show up when you say you are, get the job done, and don't cash a check when you have not done the work.Like I said, and I have spread the word to all the guys at our church, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. EXTREMELY DISHONEST. AND WHEN I CALLED HIM AND CONFRONTED HIM WITH ALL HIS LIES AND UNPROFESSIONALISM, HE HUNG UP ON ME!!What a jerk!!

Do NOT HIRE THEM!!! I hired Ron Wallace for a flat rate move from San Antonio to Dallas. Price he quoted was $4800. I signed the paperwork and set up the date. They arrived on time and ready to work. First truck was packed and they wanted to pack the 2nd one in the morning. They left my house to park it is a secured property. About 30 minutes later we leave the house when I see my truck filled with all my stuff flipped over on the highway. Of course I'm freaking out and panicking because everything we own is in that truck. Police and fire trucks are there when Ron the owner shows up. He tells me " Don't worry your Flintstone collector glasses will be OK". Are you serious? That is what you tell a customer who stuff is smashed on the highway? The moving guys stay all night with the jaws of life getting my stuff unloaded and repacked. They were up all night and then showed up at 8 am with no sleep to finish the pack. ( the team that packed us was the only thing good about the situation, they were hard working and polite). They packed the 2nd truck and we decided to head to Dallas ahead of them while they finished packing the garage so we could get the keys for the new house. Half way to Dallas Ron calls me and tells me they couldn't fit the bikes and go-karts so he wants another $980 for a 3rd truck. I told him he agreed to a flat rate. I was in tears because half my stuff was ruined from the truck flipping and now he conveniently needed more money for a 3rd truck. After an hr on the phone and my nerves were shot and I didn't want to drive 3 hrs back to SA to look at what didn't make it on the truck, I agreed to more money. At 10pm the 3 trucks arrive in Dallas and unpacked me until 2am. A lot of my stuff was in better condition considering they flipped over but needless to say half the house was broken or chipped. Completely exhausted I signed for the delivery. The next day I called the packers to ask where something was packed and they were packing another house. Now they left Dallas at 2 am with a 5 hr drive and they were packing another house at 9am? That is 3 full days of no sleep. That is terrible and unhealthy. No wonder they flipped my truck. Who knows the last time they got a good night sleep. Ron was a complete jerk and rude through the entire process. Even after his insurance paid our claim, it only covered $.60 a lb. So my $1600 front loading washer and dryer that was completely flattened, it was only $40. Please do not give this man your business. He sells you on being a man of God, and answers the phone "God Bless You". But he is an evil greedy person. Who holds someone stuff hostage for more money  AFTER you flipped the truck when you have an agreement signed for a flat rate? Karma will get him.

As an update to my  review of Movin' On LLC moving company: the owner Mr Ron Wallace would not offer anything for all the many damages done to my nice furniture. In addition, I had to add a 3rd Police Report because this company stole our most valuable piece of artwork: a LIFE-SIZE Geisha framed in bamboo style-and  matted. This piece of art was over 5.5 ft tall and about 1.5 ft wide. Now tell me how do you lose track of something like that??? I believe it was deliberate and intentional, intending to hurt us maximally since I have photos of the workers literally sitting down on our living room furniture and talking at the kitchen table on our chairs, lazing around, wasting time. The young boy worker threw all my clothes on the bedroom floor instead of hanging them up=that was also intentional. he would not relocate items as I instructed him to do. The day before, he showed up with the dry (and wet) heaves as in "hang-over", and sat in the truck outside my door instead of working, leaving us short handed and with much left-over work. When I asked what was wrong with him, I was told " must be that he is allergic to my cat!'! Can you believe the audacity of these imbeciles?Deal with them at your own risk if you like to have a bad experience with movers, they will fill that bill completely.I am now having to take them to court.
