DO NOT USE THEM!!! I would not even give them one star!! Very shady! They showed up and moved part of my house on Friday! They said they did not have enough room to get the rest, so we scheduled for Sunday at 1:00!! No one showed up nor did they answer phones! I tried 3 times Sunday, 3 times Monday and again on Tuesday...NO ANSWER or CALL BACK!!! They knocked a huge chunk out of the Sheetrock out of my wall and I spend $433 to have my house partially moved!! But, the worst part is the disregard of the customer...I will be turning them in to BBB.  These people have no business owning a company!!!!

These guys are a joke! We have been with out our house hold goods for over 2 months. Our shipment arrived at their warehouse on August 7th. Today is now August 12th. They will not deliver our stuff until August 21st. I feel these guys should never be used! Avoid them at all costs!

If you are doing a military move, DO NOT choose this company. First I had them when I moved here and they delivered all of my household goods. My first move that I didn't move myself and I get all my furniture banged up and scratched. I did all the paperwork they requested and sent it in. I had to contact them four times aver two months because the paperwork did not go anywhere. Now I have them to move out of San Antonio, I was set up with them well in advanced, more than a month. First I was told that I will be contacted within 2 weeks by the company. Never happened. I had to call them to even confirm that they have me on the books. When I contacted them I was told they would send drivers a week ahead of time to walk through and do a survey. That never happened. I had to call and get the rudest secretary to tell me that I would not know when they are coming to get my stuff until a day prior and she lectured me on how the military work with PCSing. Sorry I didn't learn anything over the last 12 years... And is that really how a CIVILIAN company runs a business? Everyone else I am moving at the same time with has had people come surgery, gave them date and time, I guess it's too hard for Lone Star though. Now I'm sure my stuff will "safely" make it across country.

I agree with all the previous posts.  They unloaded our truck when we moved to SA in Oct 2012. They did a great job. Pointed out where the company that loaded us broke things. But now I wonder if they broke them as they were unloading us.  We "thought" they did a great job and hired them to load our truck Oct 2013.  When we got to Houston and unloaded the truck we had damage.I called and got a number to file a claim on the 9th.  I heard nothing back. Resent email on the 13th. Still nothing on the 17th.  I called and while on the phone went over the email address and resent the email.  They said they never received it...before and not while on the phone.  BUT...I heard a sound right after I sent the email that sounded like a computer notice of receipt.THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE!!!

Below is the email I sent to lone star and never received a return email or phone call.  I tried to call them over 30 times!!!! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!! THEY DESTROYED MY FURNITURE!I hired Lonestar movers on August 2ed, 2013 to move my household belongings.
