Just to be clear and keep the public posted. I have still not heard from anyone in this company. Local or corporate. I have started another method to get some satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and stay away from this company.

I should've read the reviews before we hired this inept company.  We hired them to store our home furniture and appliances until our new home was ready.  The day they delivered our furniture and appliances, here's a list of things they broke, missed or dented:-  my office desk was broken.  Destroyed.  Have to replace and as their company rep stated, they will start the claims process.  Sounds like they've said that before.....multiple times.  -  one of our couch's was missing along with one of our ladders.   They had the work order wrong and those items were in someone else's crate.  -  took a chunk of wood out of my front door.   Their response, "oops, sorry".  Ooops, sorry???!!!   -  in assembling our dining room table, with dining table upside down, their guy went through the table with the woodscrewa all the way into the BRAND NEW $6000 wood floors!!!!   Response, "we'll start the claims process".   Their company motto should be "we'll start the claims process!"-  took a chunk of wood out of the foot of the $2000 love seat.  "We'll start the claims process". -  took a chunk of drywall out of my master closet.  "We'll start the claims process".  -  the refrigerator is scratched and dented.  As well, the main refrigerator door won't open.  ""We'll start the claims process". I had called management several times with the response of "we can start the claims process".  If you haven't caught on, the theme for this company is "we'll start the claims process".  If you hire these guys, be ready for the most unprofessional company and be ready to "start the claims process".

I need to preface by saying that I did not book All My Sons but I am writing to note that I would avoid even getting a quote from this company. I have been called 27 times since I blocked the calls on my phone- 27!!! Every day since my quote request (over a month ago), I have been contacted by this company. A few calls or a follow-up would have been more appropriate. Their intense attempt at communication is a huge turnoff, and we gladly went with another company.

I guess I should have read the reviews prior to hiring them. To call the man that spoke to me on the phone, rude would be a compliment. Danny is who called me this morning to explain that the men doing my move would be HOURS late. From 8-9am to early afternoon? Ridiculous. They also called after the allotted time to let me know they wouldn't be there on time....I explained to him that we only have the freight elevator reserved for a certain time and couldn't extend it or get it later and he told me to call my apartment building and demand it for later. Or rather, have your men ready when you said they would be. When I couldn't change my elevator reservation, because someone else was also moving and reserved it at that time, he said, we would only need it extended like 30 minutes. Well, even though we would need to extend it over an hour-that's imposing on the other people moving. I said I couldn't change the time and explained my apartment is on the 28th floor-he said he wouldn't have his men moves my things to that floor. So what am I hiring you for? They were HOURS late, beyond rude, and they explained, well not much I can do about that. This was the absolute worst service I've ever had and the worst customer care. And now, my father and boyfriend who both happen to have hernias now have to move me because these horrible movers could keep the allotted time they gave me and when I called to explain that, Danny simply said, "okay. I'll take you off the schedule." AFTER messing up the entire day of moving for us. HORRIBLE.

Extremely bad experience, move from an appartment to a house, destroyed a sectional, mishandled and damaged several pieces of furniture, rude and careless with our things and on top of it, charge us twice as much as the last time moving less furniture and already packed....very dissapointing
