I've never used them for my moving needs, but based on their driving skills, I never will. I've seen their truck in a few accidents but this morning driving to work, truck 138 was weaving between lanes and tail gating. If you're driving in 8am rush hour traffic driving recklessly isn't going to get you there any faster. What it will do is make other people like me on the highway question your ability as a company to transport my items safely.

Heard back from claims about a week ago and they settled on paying me $400 for the damage they did to the floors. They said they have until April 16th to send the check. Geez.... I just wish this was over with

They were 4 hours late, which is not necessarily their fault since the home owner they were moving wasn't fully packed. However, no one ever called to tell me there was a delay and I called the office 3 times before someone told me what was going on. None of my glass was wrapped even though I was told it would be. I had a broken mirror. And I was charged for things that the office didn't explain well at all. I moved 2.2 miles down the street and was charged $57 for fuel and $160 for travel. Next time I'm just going to stick with a uhaul.

Way over priced for the service provided. Save your money and go with a more affordable moving company. I was charged just under $1,000 to move a 1 bedroom apartment down the street about a mile. That did not include any living room furniture as I sold that. - Other moving companies have done it for $200-400 in the past-they did not even move my patio furniture. I had to hire a second company for that. -They did not move my clothes because they did not bring any garment bags for some reason. -It took them about an hour somehow to drive about 3 miles between apartments some how. That short drive cost me about $300 alone!-Movers did not hustle at all. (only benefit is that I didn't feel the need to tip them)-Sad to say I don't think I will use any more Texas Longhorn sponsors after my experience with them. Matt
