Over 6 hours late with no word from the movers... called and the dispatcher repeatedly said "they are on their way.... They will call when they are ready." Finally got a call saying they cannot make it tonight (it was way passed sunset) and would I like to reschedule.Guaranteed lowest price = lowest service.Had to hire students because all other moving companies were full.

Buyer beware, these guys suck. It's my fault for not checking reviews but these guys are not experts. One of my movers carried as little as possible and did whatever they could to take one trip carrying a small rug. Next I gave them a very good tip and suddenly my new clothes with tags goes missing, I tipped halfway through, which made me look like a sucker apparently. Always cover your butt on items, but these guys try too hard to get you distracted. I get the impression this is a routine and that they already know people trust them too much. Don't be surprised if they take something after breaking an inexpensive piece of furniture they know your likely to get rid of anyway, but will still be upset about. Customer gets mad furniture is broke but decides to get rid of it anyway since its cheap, the benefit is you don't have to worry they will suspect you because they aren't counting what you just brought in, they are too busy worried about a cheap piece of furniture.

I made the mistake of not looking them up on here or any other review site for that matter before having them move me. I had packed up everything beforehand and the 2 guys got there on time. Most of the move went fine, except for a few things. They said they would wrap my furniture up in plastic wrap, which they didn't, and it was August so they probably sweated all over everything. They also knocked off a chunk of a corner of a wall in my new apartment and didn't do anything to comp me. Finally, I had a Super Nintendo with about 15 games (I know, it's old) but having Donkey Kongs 1, 2 and 3 together is very rare and relatively valuable. Anyway. I had them in a box labeled SNES, which any guy in the world knows what that means... and it magically disappeared. I did not leave it at the old place or in my car, I searched my new place top to bottom 3 times and every box - there's no way I missed a spot. I emailed them, not accusing anyone, and no response. I gave them a few weeks then filed a complaint with the BBB. They called me almost mad at me because I didn't call them first and I made their BBB grade go down (boo-hoo) and of course denied it saying "9 times out of 10 people will find what they misplaced." It's been 9 months and my Super Nintendo is still nowhere to be found. Also their advertisement that landed on my door that I used in the first place has BBB on it and they're not even accredited.

Do NOT hire these guys.  I was scheduled for an 8 to 10 a.m. slot.  At 10 a.m. I had to call them (they didn't call me) to get an update.  They pushed me back by an hour.  An hour goes by and the guy calls me to say that they are late ( well duh) and pushed me back to a 12 - 2pm slot, claiming that he would "definitely" be at my place before 2pm.  Well, 2pm rolls around and nobody is calling me.  I finally get a hold of him and he now claims that he told me earlier that it was going to be 2-4pm, basically lying to me.  Very unprofessional and arrogant.  I fired them and got someone else instead.

I have never had such a horrible moving experience in my life!  First, the movers were TEN HOURS LATE! They were supposed to meet me in West Texas, but when they called the morning of the move, they were in Austin at what was supposed to be the first stop upon return. (At first they lied, or one of the office employees lied, and said they were en route.) Once they did arrive at the moving site, the loading went okay; however, they asked to borrow $200 to make the seven hour drive back to San Antonio (they said they couldn't get home without it because the company card was not working!) They drove back after loading up the truck. (That's 15 hours or driving in one day. They asked if that was okay with us because they wanted to get back to their families. We said sure, trying to be accommodating, though most of my worldly possessions were in the truck.)I had to spend money on a hotel room (they didn't arrive until the afternoon and weren't done until 7pm. I didn't want to make the seven hour drive to Austin in the dark.) I left for Austin the next morning at 7am and drove straight thru, after talking to one of the movers who was annoyed we hadn't left at 6am. So I sped, making a seven hour drive in six hours. Still, one of the movers was vocal about being annoyed that we arrived in Austin so "late" (around 2pm). Though they were going to pick up furniture from an old storage unit and transfer it, along with my household items, to a larger one across town, i opted to skip the step because it was getting late and all of us were exhausted. I didn't ask for a lower rate, i just wanted the move to be over with. Once we got to the storage space, the unloading was a disaster. One of the movers was angry that it was getting late, verbal about needing to get home to San Antonio, on the phone half the time AND, because he was in a hurry, was mishandling my belongings. I finally started moving boxes myself and arranging them in the unit. I asked the guys to please leave and i would call friends to help. They wouldn't leave, though i'm sure one of them would have if the other had said okay. Now i'm going to have to go back to my storage with friends, unpack and repack in order to check and see what's broken. My late grandmother's things are in there. I have art in there. Records. Things that are valuable to me. I need to say that one of the movers was kind, helpful, and extremely hard-working. But the experience as a whole was horrible. I sat in my car when it was over and cried for thirty minutes before driving home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR THINGS AND PREFER TO SPEND YOUR MONEY WISELY.
