Tried to purchase some wardrobe boxes and found the cashier very disrespectful and rude for no apparent reason. They wouldn't let me pay for the boxes now and have my friend pick them up in 15min as they wouldn't fit in my vehicle. I then overheard them speaking. The other employee was more reasonable asking why they couldn't just help me out. He responded by saying you can't trust these people and that they aren't allowed to do that. Very negative experience.

Ridiculously over priced - Misinformed staff - Extremely limited hour when you can access your stuff.I needed a storage unit for the first time in my life, I called this location and told the lady I am new to this and know nothing, but I need a storage unit that will fit the belongings from my 1 bedroom apartment, I then told her what I had and she recommend a size. Well long story short, she had no clue what she is talking about. The unit is way to small, it is so far from any parking or loading dock and the limited hours you can actually access your stuff are insulting.  I am extremely unhappy with my decision to store my belongings with them. I wish I would have picked a different storage company.

Just another reason why I NEED a TRUCK.  Recently, I had to move some appliances and well I have a 4 door sedan.  Not the best car for moving furniture.  I didn't want a HUGE u-haul, but found out that u-haul actually rents out trucks.  The trucks are actually new F150s with the eco-drive? or whatever their version is called.  This thing gets better gas mileage than my car!!!It's only 20 bucks to rent and they charge per mile.  Wasn't too bad though.  The pick-up was short and easy, for midtown they even have a small private lot.

I needed to pick up a dining room table so I rented a van for a couple hours.  It was only about 30 bucks (which was way cheaper than the store delivering for $75).  We were an hour late so the store moved our time frame reservation at no penalty.  The store also let us leave our car in their parking lot even though that is against store policy.  The store was very accomodating and the pickup and drop off process was efficient.  No complaints at all and I would definitely come back to this location.

The guy was real nice here and got us out the door real quick. He went through the whole contract and took us outside to point out all the dents/dings on the truck to make sure we wouldn't get charged. The 10 ft truck was fairly new with only 20K miles, but still rattled like crazy. Gas mileage was as expected for a heavy V8. **Note that when you "reserve" online it's only a request and not an actual reservation. We got a call the day before from Corporate saying they didn't have our requested truck available at the location so they had to find another one. We ended up here and it was a happy ending, but it would've gotten sour if they didn't have a truck for us.
