LOVE this location! It is tricky because is is located between Louisiana & Smith down a small street so I tend to miss it and always have to rely on Spec's to see where I missed it, LOLBoxes, boxes & more boxes - all sizes & cheap.  I love the glass saver boxes because unlike other places, they offer an entire kit that includes the box, the dividers AND the sleeves for each class (other places sell  them all in pieces).  One thing I recently found out is that you cannot get a wardrobe box unless you have a truck because it will not fit in a car (oh well, no biggie...buy another medium box, lol).  The also have boxes for flat screen TVs, boxes for dishes (just like the glass saver, but this one is called the dish saver), they have bubble wrap, styrofoam beans, mattress bags, rope, tape, locks and so much more.  They even have an area with free boxes that were returned/donated by other people that no longer needed them!Oh yeah, and everyone is also very nice and informative.

Worse customer service I have ever encountered. I had a cross country rental scheduled and I needed additional boxes. The manager tried to upcharge me $1 per box because he only had banded boxes after I called in about single boxes.

Third time using U-Haul over the last three years, and it will certainly be our last. We reserved this van for 12 hours on Friday, May 26, 2017 (10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.). The DAY BEFORE pickup, we received a call from a U-Haul representative saying our rental time will be cut in half, and we could only use the truck until 4 p.m. on Friday. Absolutely no offer of credit or a discount, just a "hey sorry but you need this back on time or else." Then when I went to pick up the truck, the general manger of this store purposefully marked the fuel amount in the truck a whole quarter tank HIGHER on our paperwork than what was actually in the truck's tank. Fortunately I caught this before driving off the lot, but I feel sorry for those customers who has fallen for this manager's tactics. At the end of the day, I returned the truck - and accidentally forgot to bring back the dolly we had rented. My wife, who drove behind me to the U-Haul store, drove back to our old apartment and picked up the dolly to bring it back to the store. As that was happening, a very enthusiastic new employee (the only silver lining of our U-Haul experience) started to check in our truck. But no. Her coworker (did not get his name, he had glasses and facial hair) ran outside, yelled at her "WHERE IS THE DOLLY?" and proceeded to berate her for starting the checkin process without us having the dolly. Two minutes later, my wife showed up with the dolly. We finished our check in, but not before the other employee blurted out "ARE YOU GOING TO PURCHASE FUEL TODAY?" I had to explain to him that the store's general manager marked the fuel tank on our paperwork higher than what was actually in the tank. He said "OK" and moved on to give me my total, and never even gave me a receipt. Please do something about this. Just because U-Haul has a quasi-monopoly on the moving market does not give the company the right or privilege to berate its customers and employees. 1/10 would not recommend.

Serivce at this location was good. I reserved ahead of time and Taylor got me hitched up and my way quickly. They had the ball mount and ball I needed in stock for a good price ($25).They are losing stars for the quality of the trailer. It has two major problems. One is that there are not nearly enough hooks and anchors inside the trailer to secure anything. There are six hooks along the bottom walls but none along the top walls. There are wooden rails with tiny slots for fastening twine, but nothing that affords any purchase to my ratchet straps or bungies. Even if I wanted to do this with twine it would have been problematic because there is no railing at the top edge. Lack of hooks added hours to my packing job. I ended up improvising hooks for my straps by affixing loops of vinyl coated wire rope to the railings where ever I needed to make a connection - a laborious process.Second star was lost for the lack of a trailer hitch jack. Leveling the trailer for loading is difficult if you can't remain hitched while loading. Raising a laden trailer hitch to rest it on the ball is a job for two healthy men.

I love this location because of their store! They have plenty of inventory like boxes of all sizes. I've been to other locations where they only have large and medium. The guys are friendly and have a great attitude.
