The movers we had were awesome. They were on time and very polite and respectful to us and our items. They were great together as a team with no friction. The whole time we had them, they did not take breaks and courteous. They did not once slack off or slow down. They were energetic! If I were to move again, I would request (Gustavos crew) to help me again with no hesitation. Also comparing to other moving companies, the rates were reasonable and did not kill our budget. Thank you Texans Movers for all your help and making the move with no stress!!

Very good experience with the Texans. Vanessa let me know in advance about available time slots and accommodated my requests. Santos and team worked very efficiently to move my entire apartment. Very friendly, careful, fast and efficient at reasonable rates. Would highly recommend.

I scheduled my move for 8/11/17. I was given a time frame that the movers would show between the hours of 12-5. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told by the the rep that from looking at the first move of the day, it would be closer to 12 rather than 5:00 that the movers would make it to me and I would receive a call an hour before their arrival. I woke up from a nap around 4:10 pm and checked my phone and there were no missed calls from the movers. I called the office to see what was going on. I spoke with Vanessa, who informed me that the first move, which was supposed to be a two bedroom apartment, turned out to be a four bedroom house and the move was taking longer than expected. She called the movers to check when they would be headed my way. Vanessa called me back and stated that they were finishing up, but they were an hour away. She informed me that they should be at my place by 6:00, 6:30 at the latest. Well, I received a text from the movers at 6:36 pm letting me know that they would be at my place in 45 minutes. They arrived at 7:35 pm, well beyond the time I was quoted. The move was completed at 10:45 pm!!!! And the best they could do to make up for their lack of planning, organization and disregard for my time was to give me a $30 discount. It goes without saying that I will NEVER use this company again, not will I recommend it to others..

Im in need of movers and Texans Movers are my go to people. I've used them once and I was impressed by the level of service they provided, so here I am again using their service. Definitely recommend, the value and service is one that you cannot beat. So stop looking around because they are the best in what they do.

Within the past two months I have hired Texan movers, Both times have been a pleasant experience. First time we had Saul and his crew, very fast and through. Saul is a very honest man. Hard working and has a easy personality that just gives you a peace of mind that he can be trusted.For Both moves we had a man  (I hope) by the name of Juan or Jose. He is amazingly strong and fast. I will say this, the first time he moved us we did try to help because we were on a budget. That did annoy him a little and he was under the impression we were saying he wasn't fast enough. I only know this becaise my mother over heard him akd he didnt know she was there lol. However, that most certainly was not the case! He didnt say much to us but he definitely got the job done. We're so pleased with his work ethic,  When we saw him hop out the truck the second time; my husband and I were comfortable knowing that everything was going to go fine. Second move Juan was a little friendly and that time around my husband and I didnt touch a thing!The only things i can say that didnt go 100% was when I didnt receive a call that the movers were on their way to the pick up location and they called us when they were already there! So they jad to waitaybe 10-15min for my husband to arrive.Also it has to be said for both the moves there was someone who held the crew back a little but not to much.  I don't expect  everyone to be perfect so I can understand that and won't hold that against their review. So, To sum up my experience right down to Vanessa and her excellent phone service, the crew, the move in a timely matter and price; everything was amazing! These will be my movers if ever needed again. I highly recommend this company.
