I’ve used this company 3 times.. This is the first time I’ve ever had a problem. The movers were great but the management is the worst. They damaged a piece of my furniture and when I sent pictures to the office they said they would send a form to fill out to begin the process.
What they sent was a statement that I had to file something with a state agency.
A complete run around.
Take your chances.
I won’t be using them again.
I give the movers 5 stars but management doesn’t deserve the one star.
I will be spreading the word.

we called at the last minute to schedule movers to move my mothers things she passed away last month and we are originally from nebraska so we did not know anything about movers here in texas. we called texans movers and we were given an excellent price that beat all of the rest in the area. we got gustavo and his crew and they were soooooooo great we will be recommending them to everyone!!!!the guys were professional on time and took great care of all of my mother's things just as if it was thier own mother's stuff.we spoke with vanessa to get everything all set up and she did a fantastic job!!!the customer service all around at this company does not get any better!!!great job and thank you all again!!mark and angel kreie

They were prompt and worked consistently throughout the move. Great packers and handle my things with care. They are courteous and nice. I would definitely use again.

Best movers I have ever had when it comes to work quality. However, the professionalism was lacking. Within Five minutes of starting the task, one of the movers picked up a random photo he found on the floor and proceeded to snicker and show his coworkers. I was shocked, my 9 year old was so shocked that she exclaimed, "hey, that's not yours". One of his corworkers had the wherewithal to take the photo from him and placed it on a platform. At this time, I was unaware of the photo's contents as it was not one of our pictures that was in a frame. So I quickly went to it, trying to discern what would make someone behave in such an inappropriate manner. It turned out to be a picture of my late brother standing in front of his car during his high school years. I asked the mover who behaved so inappropriately, "what is so interesting about this picture?" He offered a lame excuse that no one in their right mind would buy and I just let him off the hook. After all, my goal was to move my things, not engage in a dispute with one of the movers. This encounter just did not sit well with me, it was offensive and it almost muted all the positives of the four hour move. Two out of the four movers were very professional, I really appreciated it. The third mover attempted professionalism, but I would clump him with Mr. photo due to various things I observed during the four hours. I am writing this review so that your company understands that professionalism is key, from all employees that represent your organization.

This was far and beyond my best experience with movers. Gustavo and his crew were excellent on all counts. They were well prepared, professional and courteous. I couldn't ask for anything more. Vanessa was extremely helpful and provided great customer service while setting up the appointment. The moving crew was prompt and on time. They didn't waste any time while working. They were the ultimate professional mover. Prices were very reasonable and affordable too. I can't help but stress enough while looking for movers, you CAN rely on Texans Movers to do the job right.
