UPDATE: After speaking with the store manager and providing a recount of the events on move day, teachable moments were identified. The city manager was very helpful with my claim and allowed me to submit documentation and photos via email rather than regular mail. The furniture repair gentleman was excellent and it was very easy to have the repairs done in my home. Even though the damage was preventable, I was very pleased with the customer service once I got in touch with the appropriate people.

I highly recommend Square Cow Movers!  We downsized from our 2 story home of 28 years a week ago. Chris came by to give us an estimate, Justin or Monty as his team of movers call him could not be more professional, and extremely hard working. We had a problem with the management at the place we moved to....the freight elevator was available for only 3 hours. It had taken the team 6+ hours to load the truck from our house. Monty and the team worked non stop to get 2/3 of the load in our high rise then took the rest to storage. The team was professional,hardworking and friendly. Can't say enough good things.

I can't say enough good things about the crew from the Yale street office. Led by James Moore (no relation) with three very capable crew members: James Mason, Eli Eastman, and Elvis Perez.  They did an extraordinarily job of packing our 2,500 sq. ft apartment and moving it into a three story townhouse.  Not only were they very, very polite and communicative with us, and helpful (they would not let us lift a finger).  But their communication with each other was also impressive, as was their attitude.  They were also very polite and helpful to each other; like a team would be.  A better crew I have not seen before.  I think they realize how stressful and tiring a move is for their clients and do everything they can to make it go smoothly, which it did.  Yes Ma,amYes SirNo ProblemMy PleasureIt's not just the slogan on their T-shirts, it's their way of doing business, which they truly seem to enjoy.  This is my second move with Square Cow and i will definately use them in the furure and recommend them without reservation.

Thank you Square Cow Movers and your amazing staff Mack, Julius and Trey!  If I could give y'all 10 stars I would. I was originally concerned being that I am 7 months pregnant and needed to arrange my move during a time that my husband was not able to assist me. I am beyond happy with the service and customer service skills of this company. The staff kept me well informed throughout my move from beginning to end. They were prompt and beyond courteous.  Complete gentlemen.  Even after they were done unloading my belongings they helped with additional items that were packed in my car. Everything was placed immaculately where it needed to be in my new home. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Absolutely fantastic!!Thank you!D.K.

Excellent move! On time, 30 minutes notice of arrival, the movers were good communicators, easy to understand, and fast. No damage to any belongings. Yes ma'am and thank you the entire process. There were no hidden fees- no up charge for weekend or day of the month, etc.Also, they did not ask me to write a good review or offer a discount for writing a review, which some other moving companies definitely do, FYI.
