I do not know where to start , but this is the worst moving company we dealt with . We lived overseas for a while so we kept our stuff with Road runner storage . When we came back from our assignment overseas we tried to get our stuff out of the storage, we found out that there were 20 boxes missing with lots of valuables. Tried to contact their manager he will not return our calls . We sent so many certified mail letters . Finally we set an appointment to do the estimate on damages . One time we waited for him and he did not show up so we had to call again and again . Finally he showed up. We did the final amount of the damage which came about  $7.000 dollars . He left and said we will send you a check for this amount . He left we never heard back from him . We went back to the same issue of calling him and more certified mails for another year but no response .Finally after 2 years of the damage claim he sends $275 only to settle the claim . We rejected the check and sent it back to them . Very very very disappointing !.

I contacted this company in late 2010 about a potential move to NYC from Houston.  They came in, surveyed everything and gave me what they proclaimed would be a "firm" quote (not much room to move in the final cost).  The rate seemed reasonable and so I had them pack everything up from my house.After they put everything on the truck, they informed me that the cost was almost double the original quote!!!So, you can't trust them.  I ended up hiring another company and they picked all my things up from the Roadrunner warehouse.  Even with that, this new company plus what I had to pay Roadrunner for all the packing, came in cheaper than what the Roadrunner price was going to be.Look elsewhere...

I have used Roadrunner to move my piano twice and both times we have had no issues.  The drivers were courteous, respectful, and on time.  When I called to get a quote, I was quickly given a price and the process seemed expedited.  I will definitely be using them again for future moves.

I recently used this company, and I would not recommend their services. After only having my items in storage for less than 3 months I am moving my Six vaults because I never want to deal with them again.
