Horrible experience. I gave them six months to resolve this but received no response for them so I'm forced to write this review. I'll keep it short, went with this company to assist in moving my place from downtown to up North. I was given a cheap quote with clear notes saying this was the highest it will go. Made the deal and we were off to the races. I was informed I was to be contacted 30 minutes before they got to my first location in the storage. Well they didn't call me and called me when I got there ....they already started charging me which I took twenty minutes to get there. Now they moved quick and thought it just started bad. Well moved onto the next location in which they proceeded to break one of my computer desk glass and scratched my very expensive customer painting. Somehow they proceeded to blame me I didn't informed them it was glass and not wrapped properly. Well I asked them to wrap it beforehand which they did and it fell through. After I moved to my final location, my couch was scratched up, confirmed multiple scratches on my painting, damage on my television stand and then to kick me while I'm down charged me over $200 bucks past the max quoted number. I felt ripped off and tricked. I only had enough money for the quoted number and tip. Well I had to literally got to the bank where they followed me, withdraw money and paid the difference. Even the movers said the guy quoted incorrectly and lowballed you to get the deal. I'm sad it was just a horrible experience and will proceed to use three man movers in the future. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I am a recent college grad and needed a mover that would help me get my things from Seguin to New Braunfels for a fair price. I found Roadrunner and decided to give them a try. Everything went so smoothly, and I was very impressed with their work. I packed some of my things the week before, but they helped me wrap and pack everything I had left! The workers were very efficient and pleasant to work with. I had absolutely no problems with Roadrunner, and all of my things made it to my new place safely and undamaged. They even helped me set some of my things up! I would definitely recommend Roadrunner to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly mover!

I have used Roadrunner Moving & Storage on two separate occasions.  I have had them move a small business to another building. And I also used them to pack/move my family across the country.  Both instances went without issue.I would definitely use them again!

As other reviews in here state, this is more of a shakedown racket than a legit company. They will quote a decent price, then before they deliver your stuff they say the price has increased. Furthermore, they insist that you pay them cash before they "release" YOUR property. That's called extortion. If they were legit, they would simply invoice you like any normal company or require payment on delivery. There are a number of complaints against them on the DMV website (apps.txdmv.gov/APPS/MCCS…).

They have moved us three times now and are very professional.  We had no issues at all.  We will definitely call on them for our future moving and storage needs.
