Following the events of hurricane Harvey, I contacted PODS to check on the condition of the storage facility and the POD containing our belongings as we had placed our items in storage in Houston. The customer service agent was Very efficient in locating my POD, then confirming with the location what the condition was. Fast, efficient customer service thank you PODS.

Moved from California to Texas.Needed to move belongings quickly and hassle free. I decided to use pods thinking they where the solution. Im always skeptical about services like pods. They promise you the stars while they have the other hand in your pocket stealing and introducing hidden fees at critical moments when your moving. Im currently negotiate my refund with them, since they double charge. Pay them as you go. Dont allow them to charge your account. Its a pain trying to get your money refunded. Next, time I'll just rent a uhaul and make the move.

I had a great experience with PODS. We had to store our furniture for 2 weeks between the closings of our homes. The customer service to schedule my service was fantastic. I scheduled each pick up/delivery in my initial call and each and every delivery was on time. The driver called to let me know a timeframe and when they were about an hour out. They were careful with their placement and did not leave any marks on the driveway as others have complained about. My driveway is brand new so you would have noticed any new marks easily. The technology they use is very fascinating and reduce the shifting within the POD. Advice to others looking to use PODS: from reading reviews of others, I recommend knowing your dates from the beginning - avoid making changes of the delivery/pick up dates. My move was VERY smooth and I think that helped!

Moved from California to Texas. PODS customer service is awesome. They were on time with each drop off and pick up at both ends. Super easy to deal with. Would definitely use them for any future move I have.

This review is long overdue but now I have some REAL experience with PODS. We have had nothing but excellent service from them. From our initial calll, to the delivery of the POD to the delivery at the final destination, their final pick up and the billing. YUP the entire cycle went smoothly.I first used them in 2011 ( told you I was overdue ) moving from Groton, CT to Maitland FL. Then 4 years later we used them to move this pass month from FL to La Porte Texas. This move went  smoother even though our apartment was so new it couldn't be found online!  Our delivery and pickup was done 1st thing in the morning. That would be 4 different drivers in 3 different States and everyone was friendly and professional.Each time we used a 16' POD and each time we wished they would have been larger but on he bright side it forced us to be serious purgers and look to starting a new chapter in our new place.
