Los Flores Movers

I have now used Los Flores for 3 moves, two personal residence and one office move. Each time they have provided exceptional service and work harder than any moving crew I have ever hired previously.They charge a very honest and competitive hourly rate with a more than reasonable one time trip charge. With a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath two story house, they were able to complete the entire move to the new location (10 minutes away) in 4 hours and I never worried about anything being damaged. Please tip these gentlemen generously, they work their butts off and do a fantastic job! Will 100% use again in the future!!

This would have been 5 stars except...   we had them move us from an apartment to a house and they did a great job.  We loved the crew so a few weeks later we booked them again just to unload another truck we drove in from Arizona.  We requested the exact same crew.  They were supposed to call the day before, which they didn't do.  They were supposed to be there at 9:00 am.  They showed up at 8:00, upset that they had to wait until 9.  And worse, it was an entirely different crew than what I had requested.  I also see they're using the BBB membership logo on their website and brochures when they're not actually members.

What great group of patient men!  They met us at Lowe's to pick up a riding law mower, packed up our apartment, and made a stop to pick up items at our storage unit before moving us into our house all the way in Crosby, Texas for a more than reasonable price.  I was expecting our move to cost over a grand, but we were able to pay significantly less than that.  What a win!!  Nothing was broken, scratched, or damaged!

Owning a staging company, I need amazing movers! This is the best set of movers, and believe me, I've tried them all! They are punctual, hardworking, nice, and very careful. It's been a pleasure working with them.

Los Flores was great. I called around and they had the cheapest rate for a three-man team. The guys who came to help us move were incredibly professional, especially Romero, who kept us informed every step of the way. All aspects of the move were well-executed. No damage to anything and all done expeditiously.My one bit of negative feedback is that the office admins did not really do a great job with communicating with me. Messages were not returned, and it took them a long time to call back when they said they would. Additionally, when we booked, we mentioned items that we would need to have moved, (e.g., the TV), but they didn't disclose the additional insurance for the TV. We found out about it from Romero when he arrived.The good news is that it's there strictly to protect the movers from litigiousness. They were incredibly careful with everything. I wouldn't have booked them with the administrative experience I had, but the actual movers made it so pleasant and easy. I highly recommend Romero and the two guys who came with them (they didn't share their names). They were worth every penny.
