Jonah's Movers is a middle to high-end moving company that moves customers primarily in the north area of Houston such as: The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Magnolia, and Tomball. We pride ourselves in offering excellent, quality controlled, moving services.Through shrink wrapping and blanketing your furniture, we ensure that you will not be paying for damages. Jonah's Movers protects your floors, doors, and door frames with rubber or blankets before every move.In the case that one of your items is damaged, do not worry! We are one of the few companies who offers full reimbursement at no extra cost!Since we are excellent and fast packers, we offer FREE boxes, tape, and packing paper when we pack and move, that way, you can sit back while we do the work.Lastly, the company is owned and operated by myself, Jonah. I am an online college student, so you can expect me to be managing and working during every step of your move.We have removed the risks for you, that way, your move is a lot less stressful!

History

Established in 2014. Patrick and I (Jonah) are the original founders of this company and we are proud to say that it is actually owned and operated by a college student!Before the company, Patrick and I met after high school while volunteering for a 2 year missionary program for our church. We did not know that our volunteer work together would lead us into a business venture as well! Jonah's Movers was founded by two 21-year-old guys, and as you can imagine, we thought we had bitten off more than we could chew. I was just in my 2nd year into college when I obtained a truck loan for our 24 foot box truck. Our start-up money consisted of a whopping $2000 cash, obtained from selling my 1988 Ford F-150. We had no idea at the time that we would receive so much encouragement and positive feedback from our local community! Through the referrals from those whom we moved, we hope to continue bringing successful and stress-free moves to our future clients.

I highly recommend Jonah's Movers. Diana called me right away and was very accommodating and courteous. Our movers were Matthias and Jaime. They were so careful and polite. None of my belongings were damaged, unlike the previous movers I hired 3 years ago. And their rates were reasonable. Look no further if you need movers you can trust with your belongings...

These guys did an outstanding job with my move of about 75 miles away.  When I called for a quote, Jonah called me back quickly & was straight forward with the rate, which was a great.  The price was good & they even had an opening on the Saturday I needed them with just a 6 day notice!  Jonah didn't hound me or nag on me like some of the annoying "salesmen" type employees did at some of the other moving companies.  He was very straightforward & quick to the point, which was good when I had many other things to handle the last week before moving & didn't have time to be hounded by unnecessary phone calls, etc. They showed up on time & they have a huge, very nice truck & dollies & everything needed to safely move your stuff with no damage.  They worked hard and quickly.  They were also willing to do the long distance move of about an hour & 1/2 drive, unlike many of the moving companies in and around Houston.  They wrapped up most all of my furniture and nothing was damaged at all.  Overall, I'm very pleased with Jonah & the other gentlemen who made this move for me & I would highly recommend them!  I will definitely use them if I need to move again in the future!

Ryan and Jose were extremely efficient, courteous, and professional. Diana was outstanding at responding to my questions . I cannot recommend Jonah's Movers enough. If I wasn't moving to Florida I'd use them again!

Jonah's Movers is the best moving company we've ever worked with. The follow up and information on our initial bid request was spot on. The fellas who moved us were prompt, courteous, efficient and so hard working. They were a joy to be around. All of our belongings were expertly wrapped and handled with care. I don't want to move again anytime soon, but when we do, we'll be using Jonah's Movers.

Overall I think Jonah and his co-worker did a great job with my move. Nothing was damaged and the whole arrangement was done under 2 hours. Granted I did not have a lot of items to move, they did not take their time. Their demeanor was professional the whole time. I didn't have any doubts before and after about their service. Conversation and paperwork all went smoothly. Their rates are very competitive. The only other person who gave me a better rate was on craigslist, which I didn't feel like taking the risk with. If you're reading this Craigslist people, don't answer the phone, "Movers". Makes people feel you're a little sketchy.I am giving 5 stars for good move and no problems.
