History

Established in 2008. This company has been reincarnated 3 times. It was originally started in Florida after owner Tim Chason finally spent enough time working as a mover in the field. That version was sold when he came back to Texas to reunite with his high school sweetheart in 2007. In 2008 we brought it back to life where we were currently living in Fort Worth while constantly positioning ourselves to move to Galveston after our children finished their educations. In 2012 the move was made and we are now proud to be bringing our great family service to Galveston and surrounding counties.

Used these guys to unload my U-Haul when I moved to Galveston. The timely and efficient, and very pleasant. They did a great job, and I'd def recommend them!

The crew showed up over 3 hours late! Arrival time was scheduled at 3pm they did not show up till 625pm having called at 330pm stating they would be there at 530pm. Once there they only had two bed frames, 3 twin mattresses, 1 queen mattress with box spring, 2 dressers, one small entertainment ctr, One 50 inch TV, a desk, one couch and love seat coffee table two end tables, two night stands, and EVERYTHING ELSE was boxes which we had moved to the dining room and stacked -and it took them over 4 hours to complete. I believe we were over charged due to this scheduling and over working of the company crew. During the move we were told they were extremely tired and did not want to complete the move due to the late hour and the crew was very upset with their own company due to the fact the company has two crews and the other crew was off of work at noon and should have been sent out for our move. They also over charged us. 1st I believe for the TIME spent moving us it took TOO LONG due to the TIME AND TIREDNESS of the crew. Complained the whole time they were moving us. 2nd they charged us $225 for 2 hrs and $225 for an additional 2.15 hrs but took $300 cash and charged my CC $257.72. My husband had to run out after them to point out the over charge on the CC and we received $100 cash back. Not sure what the $7.72 was for. Very disappointed due to the complaining and the time it took them to move boxes mostly and the boxes were not even moved to the correct rooms, I directed them to just leave them on the first floor of the new apt due to their complaining about the time as the night got later. ****Changed my score once problem was addressed, Customer Service was amazing and very understanding.

They did a GREAT job. Fast and careful. I moved into a 3 story townhouse with 2 bedrooms and I was completely moved in within 1 hour. And they were very patient with me as I had them move stuff around in the rooms. Highly recommend.

I used them to help me move across the island a few weeks ago. I had them move most of my old house down the stairs and then the new house was high raised so they had to go right back up the stairs. Poor guys! The movers were awesome, nothing was damaged, they were super nice and really took time to set things up and make it easy on us. The price was MORE than fair, and nearly 1/2 the price I paid when I moved last ( 10 years ago) ... I will use these guys anytime!
