They scratched our kitchen floor (hand scraped hard wood) and damaged our high end desk. After multiple calls for an opportunity to just see the damage and make it right, we get excuses. My husband left multiple voicemails to Terry because I was getting the same excuses. Our move was into an apartment that will see said damage so my husband must fix it to avoid deposit losses. We will never use them again, you shouldn't either.

This is the second time I have used Easy Does It Movers.  Guess that says something - would not go back if I was not happy, I would not have used them a second time.Phil, Matt & Greg called before they came - arrived in time - fully explained everything - did a walk thru - got my directions and got right down to work.  Except to take a drink, their feet did not stop moving until everything was done to my satisfaction.  These guys are GREAT!!One piece of constructive criticism. I would strongly suggest that customers get a confirming phone call 24 hours before the move is scheduled, just to relieve any anxiety about the appointment.  I called them to confirm, but it would be good if they called you.  I have worked with other companies that e-mail you a confirmation when you book, so you have something in writing and then call to confirm 24 hours before the move.

Had a move with easy does it moving company and it went without a hitch. All three of the guys Jess Robert and Stan were absolutely perfect.  I could not have asked for better service. If you're moving on the island make sure you call easy does it moving

Had a *small job* just bed, dresser, and sofa; they got the job done and I have no complaints. At the best rate I could find ($100 per hour which is standard, but they are willing to do 2 hour jobs, and they don't charge any additional fee like trip charge or gas surcharge which can be additional $65-90 if you go with another company). They are very fair, sign off the time when they are inside your home, then they sign out once the last item dropped. Follow behind their car during transport. They cover all your furniture with padded cloth during transport. No games. No damage. I was happy with Phil, Ray, and Greg. Phil may not talk much but you can tell he is straightforward, fair, and hardworking. Ray and Greg are more friendly and talkative, pleasant company. Ray is very responsible, said "will come out of my paycheck" if he caused any damage.If you have a small job (and I am sure they can handle big jobs too) and want it done at the most competitive rate then these guys will satisfy your needs. They called me before they arrived, and they arrived on time. I read some other reviews that not showing up was an issue, I did not have that problem. They have probably rectified that type of situation, and you can comfortably hire these guys for your moving needs.

I'm a repeat customer - as pleased with my recent move as I was my first. A professional experience all around - and their fees are very competitive. I've moved A LOT! These folks have the competition beat in EVERY aspect of the moving experience!
