Dave Mason and his crew did a fabulous job extremely professional to include the personnel touch understandings what they moving not just things but memories best person ever dealt with. The personnel touch from everyone Megan and Jana calling to ensure everything is going well and ensures a successful experience. They did everything to minimize the stress of the event they are the embodiment of customers service!!!!!!!

I have used Darryl Flood, Mayflower twice.They packed and moved my household contents from Austin to Boynton Beach, Florida two years ago. The moving team was easy to work with and everything went seamlessly.One month ago I moved back To Texas and Darryl Flood moved me again...no reason to check with any other company.Everyone in the packing/moving/coordinating process was wonderful to work with.If I move again..they are who I will call...and recommend this company to anyone with packing/moving needs.Marcia O.

Arranged my family's move about two months ago. Was very impressed with the rep, Mark who came to the house to do the first walk through to determine cost. He was friendly and had answers for all my questions. He and his associate, Kristy stayed in touch with me throughout the whole planning process, checking in occasionally to confirm that the pack/move dates hadn't changed. They were very accessable whenever I called or e mailed. Their "can do" attitude took all the worry out of that part of our move, allowing me to concentrate on selling the house and finding a new one. With three days until our pack date, the house deal we had, fell through. In shock, I called Mark, our rep to see what problems this would cause - at that point I did not know whether we'd postpone the move or keep our plans, but store the furniture. He was very considerate about my confusion and stress and assured me that this sort of thing happens all the time in his business and they could deal with anything I needed. Overnight, we changed our plans and the movers are here today as originally scheduled to pack, will load tomorrow and store our furniture until we find another home. When I was feeling as low as I possibly could and overwhelmed by all the new details, the packers arrived on time and their response to the tour of my house in complete chaos was, "easy!" I know the move is not complete yet, but I am so grateful for Daryl Flood/Mayflower's professionalism so far, I wanted to take a minute to add to the accolades.
