Worst delivery service ever. If you buy appliances from Home Depot, make sure this company doesn't deliver. They will damage your home and appliances.
They broke my refrigerator water line two weeks ago and still waiting for it to get resolved.

I was recently relocated to Houston from San Antonio, and have never personally had to go through a moving process. I was stressed and worried until Joy Hunt (who was a Joy, by the way) organized my moving dates and instantly connected me with Rudy from Daryl Flood. Rudy made sure to stay in constant contact with me and was more than accommodating with all the headaches that come with relocation. Rudy and his team arrived on time, as promised. And proceeded to transfer and inventory all my things (from a third floor with no elevator, mind you) with the same care as if it were their own. And to top it off, Rudy delivered same day as the move out and was patient and kind as he waited for me to find someone to receive the shipment in Houston.I would highly recommend this relocation logistics company and hope Rudy and his team receive all possible accolades accordingly. It's nice to have someone that actually cares. Would highly recommend and definitely would request Rudy again if I ever did have to relocate.

I received a subpar international moving experience through on of Mayflower's sub-contracted companies, Daryl Flood. Upon notification of Daryl Flood that I would be using their services, it took 11 days to be contacted by their international coordinator, despite the companies knowledge that it was a short turnaround to my actual move date at the time (22 May contacted for a 5 June move). This included dumping multiple packets of paperwork on me, with very little or vague guidance, which ended up holding up the entire process. Unfortunately, the actual crews working the goods acceptance and delivery were excellent, but the mid-level staff were terrible, and did not convey what is expected when it comes to an international move, as a company should help the customer navigate the complications of moving abroad from the U.S. This was compounded by continued attempts by myself to contact the international coordinator I was assigned to by phone, only to get email responses instead of a returned phone call. I am an experienced mover, having relocated multiple times while in the military. After advising Mayflower of the situation, they took the complaint but have not responded, making me think they just don't care. So if you want to pay top dollar but receive subpar service, avoid Daryl Flood for any of your moving needs. I did more work than the company did, and I paid them.

My roommate and I purchased a brand new dishwasher through Home Depot this past month. Home Depot put us in contact with Daryl Flood installation team to have it installed Thursday April 20. We paid in advance for this installation.They came out to install it but said they couldn't because we needed new piping under our sink. They instructed us to call them back once we had a plumber install the correct equipment. The plumber came out an hour later, fixed it, and we called them back. They said they'd come out Friday afternoon. They never called and never showed up.We called them Saturday and again, they said they'd come - never called again, never showed up.I called back and left a message, but again, no one called back.I emailed corporate to explain this nightmare. They assured me this isn't how the run their business and had a driver call us almost immediately. The driver scheduled a time to come to our house this Tuesday, April 25, at noon. But this morning, when we called to double check everything, we were told that not only was no one coming to install anything - we weren't even on their schedule and that it was impossible to get us on the schedule. The woman I talked to on the phone was incredibly rude and actually suggested that perhaps I'd been calling the wrong company all week and this was my fault.I reached back out to corporate and have still heard nothing but crickets.Long story short, this company is completely unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend them to a friend. Will NEVER use them again. If you need something installed, I'd recommend hiring someone more local and reliable than going through this nightmare.

I am going to share the horrible experience I had gone through Thursday, May 26th with Daryl Flood Relocation & Logistics. I had signed up for their service to move my items from Austin Texas to Claymont, Delaware. The items were scheduled to deliver on Thursday, May 26th  between 9:00 to 11 am. However, the crew didn't turn up during the schedule time and when I called the co-ordinator to check the status, I was told that they will be delivered in the evening as the crew decided to go somewhere else first. So, it was rescheduled for 8:30 pm as I wanted the items today as I am going on vacation for the long Memorial weekend. However, the guy finally showed up at my apartment at 10:50 pm. He said he wanted to complete some documentation before bringing in my items. So, I let him inside my apartment to complete the paperwork. After he entered into my apartment to complete paperwork before delivering my items, he fell asleep multiple times while standing in my apartment kitchen. He was about to fall on the ground few times. I don't know if he was drunk or on drugs. When I requested him repeatedly to get out from my apartment and not to deliver the items at this hour as I sense threat to my life, he refused to get out of my apartment for more than  5 minutes. When I threatened him that I was going to call Police (911), he finally left the apartment by telling that he was still going to deliver my items. After he left the apartment, I called up 911  for my safety as he might be still around and explained the situation. Police arrived at my apartment  and found that the guy was still there in front of my apartment building with his truck to deliver the items.  The items were finally delivered with the Police being around for my safety. The guy finally left with the Police from my apartment. Also, I found that few of my items were missing.I wrote a formal complaint to Daryl flood as soon as he left for what I have gone through just before writing this review. I am waiting to hear what Daryl Flood will respond to this tomorrow. For record, my order number is 441-10149-7.Thanks,Modhu
