We moved with this great company last week and we LOVED it! Everything went smoothly. They arrived right on time (even 30 min before) since I asked them to start the day early. They packed all my stuff (3 bedroom apartment) in few hours and unpacked it in my new house.Nothing was broken. The crew was very professional and attentive. They did everything I asked them with a smile on their face.I will highly recommend this company when you are planning to move!

Worst company ever. Moved from tx to az on 11/26/16. To this day, I still don't have all my stuff. The driver showed me paperwork claiming all my stuff was accounted for, so imagine my surprise when I found at least 4 boxes were missing. Trying to get these people on the phone is next to impossible.... they call themselves professional movers, I'd say they're professional thieves because they are ridiculously pricey and to add insult to injury, they steal your stuff... I actually meant to rate 0/5, but that's not an option. Oh yeah, it's an ongoing battle trying to resolve all this. When they wanted my business, they stalked me day and night, now I can't even get the following individuals on the phone: Ericka, Rosa, Gil... they're probably aliases. Who knows!

Extremely unprofessional! Liz the answering service not only hung up on me but she ignored my calls and even turned the phone off thinking that I would stop calling. After calling 32 times and being forwarded each time, I called from a different number she then decided to answer and told me all she can do was forward the call. No apologies no direct number no nothing. They broke my things and I was awarded a claim which the claims department sent them the award letter almost a month ago and still nothing. They are running from my awarded settlement. Stay far away! Terrible service and very unprofessional! I WILL be reporting your company to the BBB!!

WORST COMPANY!!! RIP OFF!I moved from Houston to Arizona using Crossland. Their quote was not accurate, ending up costing more than double the quote. The movers who loaded our stuff chain smoked and left cigarette butts on the lawn/driveway. They packed our stuff after we had already packed 90% of it, and charged us $500 for packing materials: they needlessly wasted tape and materials which also was putting packed boxes into lager boxes. I was told that I would have delivery in 3-14 days.  It took them over 30 days to deliver!! Breach of their contract! They have 21 days to deliver. I got lied to so many times by these hacks!I have to call them 4-5 times a day just to get someone to answer the phone. They argued with me about their incompetence and their breach of contract. I still have not received any compensation for the late delivery/breach of contract!Filing a claim with them for all of the stuff they broke and lost is near impossible. The information on the process is non-existent and still cannot get them to answer the phone. Also they only pay $0,60 (60 cents) per pound for a damaged item. This company is full of crooks, low life liars that are incompetent in every way possible. I learned that Uhaul is the best option compared to using CROOKS like these!  If I had the time and money I would sue this company for the max amount.

horrible horrible experience!!! this is a terrible moving company and i would not ever recommend them to anyone! they broke multiple items in the move and then they didnt want to own up to take care of what they broke. when they came back to drop off the items, the staff was still trying to demand extra cash "tip" out of me. these people are terrible and should never be in business. i wouldn't tell my enemies about this company. it is incredibile they are still in business.
