Horrible service...from the Tomball, TX location...did not show up on time, and when 1 office guy finally came (not the movers) he told me it would be $757 after quoting me $100 a few days before. I'm moving tomorrow and was counting on them to make my move "stress free" but instead I am completely stressed out! They came to my house and quoted me $100 for the removal job...mainly clothes, shoes and toys after a garage sale. They booked my service, gave me a confirmation and time of 4:30pm. - At 4:40pm I called because they were not there. The lady told me she would dispatch the driver and cal me back. No call back.- I called again at 5pm, same story from another guy. (Meanwhile, duty to their tardiness, I then had to cancel my other 2 appointments) - the guy that quoted me called back at 5:22p to tell me he was still at another job and not sure when done.- office manager called me and said he would come out and do it.- He came to my home about 30 mins later, told me he had to measure to quote me. Then he said $757 to remove the excess garage sale clothes/shoes. - I asked if there was something he could do. "No, final price." He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or horrible service.I am devastated. I am moving internationally tomorrow and this company has added to my stress. On a Saturday night at 7pm I am stuck trying To find somewhere to put all this stuff instead of spending time with my family. DO NOT TRUST THEM...DO NOT USE THEM...Tomball, TX location If I could give 0 stars, trust me, I would. :-(

Showed up on time and very professional.  Higher prices I felt for the amount of items moved. However they did a very good job.  I will most likely use them again ;however, will try to get a firm quote up front next time.

I would definitely use College Hunks Hauling Junk again. The guys were incredibly friendly and professional. I was amazed and very happy that they were able to come out the same day I called - I assumed I'd need to wait a week. But nope.  I will admit it was more expensive than I was hoping it would be. But all in all, a very good experience- I wish I had called them months ago!!!!

Called to get a quote and gave an itemized list of the furniture I needed moved. I was given one price by the online quote agent. I asked if they could email me the quote and was told yes. The next morning I called and told them I never received the quote. I was told it was in the system but they would need to re-enter the information to email the quote. After re-entering I was given a higher priced second quote. An hour later a local office called and told those quotes were no good and they would have to re-enter the information for a "better quote." After 30 minutes on the phone the 3rd quote was $200 higher than the second and $$232 higher than the first. BE CAREFUL with these people.

Everybody very nice but ... Holy crap! Prices were three times higher than the folks I actually hired.
