Great experience with Xavier, Jeff, Daniel, Carlos P, Carlos B, and Jorge.  Those guys worked very hard from start 'till stop, and the cost of the move didn't go a penny over the estimate provided by Xavier.Will absolutely use these guys (and preferably this team!) when we go to move out of the house completely -- thank you for your tremendous efforts!

Way too expensive. Cost me $500 in total to get rid of a couch, tv, a box springs, a toilet and small misc things. They sit and measure every single item and charge you all these disposing fees. ALSO, totally felt obligated to tip. They were over an HOUR late and waived a pathetic $4.99 tv deposal fee. Then gave me crap about asking if they could take a small trash can too after I paid saying that they should really charge me for it. They were there for no more then 10 minutes, in and out. Half ass swept. It was quick yes, but NOT worth the money. You also don't get a quote until they show up to your house. Online it said that it should have cost around $350 for the size of the truck, then I get charged heavy lifting fees and other added stuff? Will never use these guys again. Total rip off. Am glad that I have my garage freed of clutter though.

These guys were phenomenal!  Luis, Manual, and Jose were a great team.  Very professional, very polite, and very fast!  They arrived exactly as promised.  Then they loaded my container in a few short hours after very carefully prepping my goods to make sure they were protected during the transport.  I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!  Thanks!!!

I hired this company because of referrals. Then I had to delay by one day. There were no issues with the delay. Then the night before the move I had to contact them because they had not called me by 8:30 PM to even confirmed that they were going to be there tomorrow. Upon arrival they required me to fill out standard paperwork. During the move I noticed that they were being extremely rough with the furniture.  I caught them damaging the footboard and headboard of my bedroom set. The mover looked shocked when he noticed that I was standing at the door. Then when they were putting the rubbermaid storage containers into the truck they were picking them up by one hand and slinging them into the truck that are completely filled with glass and marked breakable. Upon completion of loading at the first location, I contacted the office about how there employees were handling the furniture and that one of the employees was constantly on the phone sending text. I clearly represented to the secretary that I did not want the movers contacted due to the fact of possible additional damages being done to the furniture because of a bad attitude. Upon arriving at the new location I was confronted directly by one the employees/movers about me contacting their manager about how they were handling the furniture and them being on the phone.  It was extremely upset but expressed the same point to the lead mover that I made on the phone to the call center. He informed me that he was on the phone requesting additional help because the guy with him was new and he needed help; therefore, I was paying for training. He informed that he never had a claim before when he was moving furniture, and that I packed the furniture so they are not responsible.  I informed the mover to get my stuff out of the truck and let move forward being careful with the furniture. When the footboard was brought up, both poles on the footboard were broken off and the head board was badly scratched from then trying to use the lift on the back of the truck. I immediate showed all the movers the damaged. I was informed that the operational manager will be contact me very shortly about the damage. I call the call center to ask about the processfor the damaged furniture. I explained that my fear expressed during the call to the call center of the damages was confirmed and explained when the damage was done exactly and because of the movers handling the furniture rough was why I contacted the office after the load up.  I had two other moves from that location but I will not be using them again. I still have not been contacted from a manager yet even after the first call during the move. Horrible company don't ever use them.

Really careful with the walls and furniture Joshua and Javier did an excellent and efficient job moving my furniture
